不同光照对黑老虎生长及叶片SPAD值的影响

摘要:以黑老虎[Kadsura coccinea (Lem.)A.C.Smith]种子苗为试材,研究了不同光照(100%光照、50%光照、30%光照、10%光照)对黑老虎生长及其叶片SPAD值的影响。结果表明,在100%(全光照)和10%光照下,黑老虎植株矮小,叶片数、叶片长度、宽度及长宽比和冠幅偏小,叶片SPAD值偏低;在30%光照和50%光照下,黑老虎植株高大,叶片数、叶片长度、宽度及长宽比和冠幅大,叶片SPAD值较高。黑老虎生长最适宜的光照范围是30%~50%光照。

Abstract: The effects of 100%,50%,30% and 10% light intensity on the growth and SPAD of K. coccinea [(Lem.)]A.C.Smith seedlings were studied. The results showed that dwarf plant,leaves ;number, leaves length, leaves width, proportion of the length and width, crown width and SPAD of K. coccinea[(Lem.)]A.C.Smith leaves were small under 100% and 10% light intensity. Tall plant, leaves ;number, leaves length, leaves width, proportion of the length and width, crown width and SPAD of K. coccinea(Lem.) A.C.Smith leaves were big under 50% to 30% light intensity. It is indicated that 50% to 30% light intensity is optimal for the growth of Kadsura coccinea (Lem.) A.C.Smith.
