创业型小企业营销策略分析

[摘要] 创业型小企业是“国家重点关注的对象”,然而许多创业型小企业在发展过程中,由于企业自身的营销团队欠佳、创业者营销管理理念落后、产品定位不明确、产品缺乏科学的促销策略、缺乏可靠的社会关系渠道等问题的出现,导致企业并没有达到预期的发展目标。通过以MP烘焙店为例,对其企业创业过程中面临的营销策略、经营管理等问题进行了探讨,借鉴其摒弃传统的营销理念、明确产品定位、专业互补型团队的成功的营销模式的经验,构建创业型小企业的营销策略,即组建互补型的企业营销团队,新时代下的营销管理理念,明确产品定位,制定科学的促销策略,建立可靠的社会关系渠道。以期对其它创业型小企业的发展有所启示。

Abstract: Entrepreneurial small enterprises are "national focus object". Due to the poor enterprise's own marketing team, backward management concept of entrepreneur marketing,unclear product positioning, and lack of scientific promotion strategy and reliable channel of social relations, the development of enterprises did not achieve the desired goal. The study discusses the marketing strategy and management in the entrepreneurial process of MP bakery, draw lessons from its successful experience of marketing model in terms of abandon the traditional marketing idea,clear product positioning and professional complementary team. Meanwhile, in order to build entrepreneurial marketing strategy, the small enterprises should form a complementary business marketing team and marketing management idea in the new era, clear product positioning,formulate scientific promotion strategy and establish a reliable channel of social relations, so as to has some enlightenment on the development of other entrepreneurial small enterprises.

一、引言

在2014年9月的夏季达沃斯论坛上,李克强总理提出:“要在960万平方公里土地上掀起‘大众创业’、‘草根创业’的新浪潮,形成‘万众创新’、‘人人创新’的新势态”。习近平主席在十九大报告中提出了新要求:“大规模开展职业技能培训,注重解决结构性就业矛盾,鼓励创业带动就业。”随着创业者的增加,创业型小企业不断壮大。创业型小企业能为社会提供更多的就业岗位,但由于其自身资金、技术、管理等环节薄弱,导致企业并没有达到预期的发展目标。
