牙周病预防和控制的方法

摘要目的：牙周病是口腔的常见病、多发病，是导致成人牙齿缺失的主要原因之一。牙周病是多因素疾病，其中牙菌斑生物膜是其主要的致病因素，菌斑微生物是引发牙周病必不可少的始动因子。因此，菌斑控制是牙周病预防和治疗的关键。本文主要从牙刷、牙线、刷牙方法等机械措施及药物方法对菌斑控制的方法作一综述。

Abstract Periodontal disease is a common and frequently occurring disease of oral.It is the main cause of adult tooth loss.Periodontal disease is a multifactorial disease.The major pathogenic factors is the dental plaque biofilm，Plaque microorganisms is the initiating factor essential for periodontal disease.Therefore，plaque control is the key to prevention and treatment of periodontal disease.In this paper，we reviewed the method of plaque control mainly from the mechanical methods of toothbrushes，floss，brushing method etc and the drug methods.

牙周病是口腔的常见病、多发病，是导致成人牙齿缺失的主要原因之一。第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查结果显示，65～74岁老年人牙周健康率仅14.1%。牙周病是多因素疾病，其中牙菌斑生物膜是其主要的致病因素，菌斑微生物是引发牙周病必不可少的始动因子[1]。因此，菌斑控制是牙周病预防和治疗的关键。常用的菌斑控制方法可分为机械措施和药物方法。本文将对菌斑控制的方法作一综述。

机械措施

刷牙：刷牙是最简单、最有效的控制菌斑方法。刷牙时间的长短、刷牙的频率和刷牙的方法均会影响菌斑控制的效果。近年来学者们对于这一领域做了不少研究。①牙刷的选择：目前使用最广泛的牙刷是细尼龙丝制作的，软而细较易变曲，毛端磨圆可进入龈沟起清洁作用，减少对牙龈和牙齿的刺激，有利于口腔清洁。牙刷选择的原则是牙刷的头部宜小，在口腔便于转
