Wang: Yes. First get 2 Application Forms and have one filled in English and the other in Chinese.
Lin Fei: But where can I get the Form?
Wang: It can be downloaded from the Embassy's website and it's also available from most branches of the CITIC Industrial Bank, free of charge.
Lin Fei: What else do I need to prepare?
