1Topic The Protection of Homosexuality
In America and Europe,the AIDS mostly spread by homosexuality . In 1973,the investigations show that 1/2of the homosexuality have infected HIV.Undoubtedly，spread of AIDS will bring a serious consequence to community .Therefore, the homogeneity lover must be responsible for the spread of AIDS.
2It’s against the civil rights,if if gay marriage is legalized,the standerd of laws ‘s breaking is just a matter of time.Soon,falling in love with an animal appears ,and this relations lead to a marriage.At that time ,the world must be full of violence,and that is the end!
3)y marriage legalized will make gay population rising and these gay most are young people .After they got married wouldn't reproduce.More then，when we are old ，we can not gain offspring's maintenance.Then gay marriage also can cause social security pressures increasing.
4)with laws of Islam and for Allāh’s sake,it’s a kind of crime ,LGBT people must be sentenced to Stone Penalty.
2Background of This Topic:
Homosexuality refers to sexual behavior or attraction between people of the same sex or to homosexual orientation
Homosexuality is long –lasting in the human society,but the attitude towardsa it remains unacceptable and discriminated. After the WWⅡ, a number of homosexual groups were founded in Western society around the world,soon it became an acceptable and common topic which even occurred on Times and Life Magazin. Groups like the Gay Liberation Front (GLF) and the Gay Activists’ Alliance (GAA) were formed. In more recent times the LGBT rights movements apeared all over the world. Now the homosexual organizations and movements are so strong that the governments cannot ignore.As a result, European, North American and South American nations are willing to embrace the existence of homosexuality and also, homosexual marriage or civil partnership.
Apprently.There were two reasons why it wasstill discriminated. The first is that the Christianity and Islamism are both clearly against the homosexuality and the two religions have a great number of devotees around the world. The second reason is that homosexuality was considered as a mental disease for a long time .

Chidren should be protected from violence and discrimination of any kind.The homosexuality can do harm to kids both physically and mentally.
National Policy and Possible Solutions
Maldives will do everything we can to decrease the number of LGBT people .
Based on our laws,,the penalty for male homosexuality is being in prison for at least 2years.We are trying to let the penalty spread to all of LGBT people. Maldives is very willing to use Stone Penalty to treat the founders of Homosexuality group.
There is also a project which aimed at making students be more aware of the disadvantages in our schools ,and it will start by 2015,and more teachers will be trained to teach them.
Maldives expects the laws of Islam can lead us to better future,and Maldives will always fighting injustice with the leaue of justice.
