HR 得到股份,公司业绩好很多,这部分时间不够,看的不太仔细,说CEO引进什么制度,由他发扬,具体的trainning program ,员工在其中的收获,由此得出的经验(最后一道题问的),基本上每段一题,单词蛮烦

Part4:

Part1:

1.勉强记得头两个是corporate, starter,最后两个应该是seminars, contract,还有一个off-the-shelf。

2.除了最后一个是contract,其他顺序是真记不清了,应该还有CROSS SELL和CUSTOMER FACING,具体中间有没有连字符神马滴应该不影响吧,starter是第三或四吧。

3.好像记得有corporate, cross-sell , start-up, food, contract,seminars, IT system ,

potential purchases.就这几个了。

4.把我能想到的听力Part I答案写下吧……想到什么写什么没啥顺序的:corporate、contract(也有可能是contact)、spreadsheet,off the shelf(大概是这样)、IT system、startup、cross-sell、seminar

1.关于公司管理存在的问题,自己的看法

2.说team的困难、solution,句子不超过8个词。solution里有提到个人目标,整体目标,达成一致,员工需要鼓励,leader轮着做,替换leader ,speaker4在说他的leader 总是做决定时欠考虑。

1.找一个subcontractor,男女两位谈话者,问题前总会闻到其中一方说了什么,注意不要答成另一方问了what ,why ,how,problems最后一题又问可能带来的前景,倒数第二题是问怎样可以更好地和、subcontractor 沟通。供)

2.关于如何选择发包公司(subcontractor),A是找agent,B是竞标(tender,bidding),C是通过熟人介绍(informal contact)。三个选项在文章都出现了。女的认为选C……男的还反驳了一下……问题问的是男的如何认为。我特意看了下是男的认为,所以选了A。不过出了考场后,我同学跟我说应该是选B,因为男的说考虑到成本问题,最好还是通过bidding 竞标的方式,所以选B。我欲哭无泪啊。。。
