高镍铬铸钢轧辊加工用聚晶立方氮化硼刀片的制备与性能

河南黄河旋风股份有限公司,长葛461500)摘 要:以铝钛化合物为黏结剂,

制备了立方氮化硼体积分数为80%的聚晶立方氮化硼刀片,研究了其显微组织㊁硬度㊁磨损性能和切削加工性能,并与同类产品进行了对比㊂结果表明:所制刀片的显微硬度达到3127HV ,显微组织分布均匀,后刀面磨损高度为0.28mm ,

与同类产品的相当;断续切削时达到3.2万次冲击不崩刃,

优于同类产品;在粗加工时,该刀片切削轧辊数量比同类产品的高出23%以上,在精加工时其单刃切削行程高出17%以上㊂

0 引 言轧辊是钢厂轧机上的重要零件,其使用寿命主要受轧制时的动/静载荷㊁磨损和温度的影响㊂轧辊材料有铸钢㊁铸铁和锻钢三大类,铸钢的拉伸性能和

冲击韧性更高,在轧辊方面的应用最多,尤其是添加

质量分数在20%以上镍㊁铬等合金元素的高镍铬铸

钢㊂高镍铬铸钢的表面硬度达到80HSD ,属于难切削的脆硬类材料,由其制造的轧辊铸件毛坯的表

面切削余量不均匀,存在气孔㊁砂眼等铸造缺陷㊂聚

晶立方氮化硼(PCBN )是由立方氮化硼(CBN )微粉与各类金属㊁陶瓷等粉体黏结剂在高温高压条件下

烧结得到的,主要应用于黑色金属铸铁与淬火钢的

切削加工㊂在加工高镍铬铸钢时,刀片不仅要具有
