【摘要】This paper studied the control problems of the boiler main steam temperature control system.For the characteristics of large delay and big time inertia of 600 MW extra supercritical units,IMC and IMC-PID controllers were established.For the same controlled object,Matlab/simulink was used to obtain the results of every controller.And with different filter time,constant accommodation time and system robustness were analysed.The advantages and disadvantages of each controller were obtained according to the comparison between IMC controller,IMC-PID controller and traditional PID controller.%研究锅炉主蒸汽温度系统的控制问题,针对某600MW超临界机组主蒸汽温度控制系统大迟延、大时间惯性的特点,建立了内模控制器和IMC-PID控制器.针对相同的被控对象,用matlab的simulink搭建仿真回路,对不同控制器的控制效果进行了仿真,分析了不同滤波器时间常数下的调节时间和系统鲁棒性.最后将IMC控制、IMC-PID控制和传统PID控制的仿真结果进行了比较,总结了各自的优点和缺点.
