A new manager spends a week with his predecessor

(前任). On the last day, the predecessor gives him some

“Before I leav e, here are three envelopes (信封) for

you,” he said. “Open an envelope if you have a big

problem.”

Three months later everything goes wrong. The

manager remembers the words of his predecessor and

opens the first envelope. “Blame (归咎于) your

trouble.
