基于双dq变换软件锁相的动态电压恢复器研究

摘要:动态电压恢复器是一种新型的电能质量调节装置,它能有效地抑制电网电压波动对敏感负载的影响。针对在电网畸变以及不对称跌落的情况下,动态电压恢复器需要准确地捕获基波电压正序相位。采用了一种双dq变换软件锁相环(DDSRF-PLL),不仅能够快速有效地检测电网电压在对称、不对称、不对称且畸变情况下正序基波电压的相位,为动态电压恢复器提供准确的锁相角,同时也具备较好的动态性能,使动态电压恢复器获得较好的补偿结果。在Matlab/Simulink中建立了带超级电容的动态电压恢复器的仿真模型,仿真结果验证了双dq变换软件锁相在动态电压恢复器的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: Dynamic V oltage Restorer (DVR) is a new type of power quality regulating device by which the influence of voltage fluctuation on sensitive loads can be effectively suppressed, under voltage distortion of power network it is necessary to capture the phase of positive sequence fundamental component of voltage accurately. A new decoupled double synchronous reference frame PLL (DDSRF-PLL) is used by which the phase of positive sequence fundamental component of voltage can not only be accurately detected under the condition that in the power system three phases balance sag, unbalance sag, unbalance sag and distorted, but also obtain good dynamic performance, that provide accurate lock phase angle for DVR. Thus a better compensation effect can be achieved by DVR, the simulation model of DVR with super capacitor is built in Matlab/Simulink. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation results.

0引言

动态电压恢复器(Dynamic V oltage Restorer,DVR)是为敏感型负载供电的新型电力电子装置,主要用于消除供电电网产生的电压跌落、闪变、以及谐波对电能质量的影响[1]。动态电压恢复器在工作过程中的控制指令与电网电压相位密切相关,电网电压的相位一般通过锁相环(Phase Locked Loop,PLL)来获取[2-5]。PLL是一种能够实现两个电信号相位同步的自动控制闭环系统,目前,在电力电子装置中广泛应用的锁相环一般有两种方式。

一是采用硬件电路检测电网电压过零点求得相位差信号,用硬件电路实现锁相。在正常情况下,每个工频周期内电网电压只有两个过零点,这使得锁相速度受到限制,另外在电网电压畸变情况下,硬件电路锁相很难准确检测到过零点,使得PLL输出的相位产生振荡[6-7]。

二是采用基于同步旋转坐标变换的软件锁相环(Soft Phase Locked Loop,SPLL)。传统的单相dq变换SPLL对三相对称电压的锁相非常有效[8],但在三相不对称电压跌落过程中不能有效进行锁相。当电网电压出现畸变时,适当的降低SPLL带宽可以获得
