高校校园道路测速系统的设计与实践

摘要：校园道路管理需要一套有行有效的解决方案。文章通过设计一套校园道路测速系统，针 对这些问题，提出在校园道路管理中引入高校测速系统。利用测速系统约束进入校园的车辆。同 时测速系统必须与校园相关系统进行对接，实时不间断全方位的对车辆进行管控。对接后车辆驾 驶员只要进入学校，就会直接或间接地面对学校的各个系统，由多个系统不间断相关联的对车辆进 行监控管理，对车辆驾驶员的违章行为进行约束和教育。

Design and Practice of Campus Road Velocity-measuring

System in Colleges and Universities

Abstract : It is necessary to set up an effective solution for the campus road management. This paper, in -troduces the design of a set of campus road velocity-measuring system to dock the velocity-measuring sys -tem with the relevant systems on campus, which will put the vehicles into a continous and comprehensive real-time management and control so as to restrain and educate the drivers ? violation behaviors. Through the docking of the speed measurement system and the relevant system of the campus, the vehicle can be monitored and controlled continuously, and the violation behaviors of vehicle drivers can be restrained and educated.
