K B r掺杂多晶S n S e化合物热电性能的研究$

摘要:采用感应熔炼结合快速感应热压方法制备了 K,Sn _,SeBr(= 0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04,0.05,0.06)
系列样品,研究了 KBi■掺杂对多晶SnSe热电性能的影响.当温度为373 K时,=0.05的样品电导率达到
39.12 S/c m,是纯SnSe的24倍;同时在r = /10 K时获得一个较低的晶格热导率0.26 W/(m ? K),峰值灯
达到了 0. /5,提高了 70%.结果表明:K B r掺杂能有效提高SnSe材料在中低段(300 ~700 K)的热电性能.

Studies on thermoelectric performance of polycrystalline SnSe
doped with Patassium Bromide

A b stra ct:The samples of Kx Sn1_x SeBrx(x =0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04,0.05 and 0.06) were prepared by induction melting and rapid induction hot pressing.It was investigated the effect on the thermoelectric properties of polycrystalline SnSe doped with KBr.An electrical conductivity of39. 12 S/cm was obtained at 373 K when x=0. 05 ,which was24 times higher than that of the pristine SnSe.Meanwhile the lattice thermal conductivity was reduced to0.26 W/(m ?K)at/10K,and a peak of ZT*0./5 was achieved,which was 70%higher than that of prstine SnSe.It was found that KBr doping could effectively increase the thermoelec-trc performance of SnSe materals in a relatively wide mid and low temperatu Key words:SnSe;K
