介绍

档案包括哪些材料?

高校毕业生登记表、

学习成绩表、

在校奖惩材料、

入团、入党志愿书、

体检表、

毕业生报到通知书。

毕业生的人事档案是用人单位选拔、聘用毕业生的重要依据。因此,学生毕业后,其档案能否准确、及时、安全地到达用人单位手中是非常重要的。

档案有什么作用?

转正:转正定级,获取干部身份

考研

政审:考公务员,出国审查

职称:评定职称

党团:入团入党

计生:办理准生证

工作:进国企、事业单位

住房:住房补贴发放

档案的凭证作用如此重要,那毕业生如何妥善处理档案呢?

1、未找到工作:

存放学校:可暂时存放,两年择业期过后,学校会将档案打回原籍

存放人才市场:挂靠在学校所在地的人才市场,期限两年,找到工作要及时办理就业手续

2、找到工作:

寄送单位:一般公司把员工档案统一存放在当地人才市场。建议档案不要归公司管理,以防离职时档案被扣留。

3、其他:

存放街道办事处:放在户籍所在街道要交存档费用。一旦被公司录用,调取档案比较麻烦。

4、主动打回原籍:

无论是否参加工作,都可将档案放回原籍人事局或人才市场。

若找到工作,单位可发函将档案调出。

5、读研究生:

不管是先工作后考研的,还是毕业直接考上的,还是没工作复习一阵子考上的。录取院校都会要求你们拿档案过去的,档案在哪儿请对照上文中流向的问题寻找。工龄问题什么的都不用担心,研究生毕业会有新的档案组建,你原来的那份也会并入其中。这时你可以把自己当做是新毕业学生一样处理。

现实中,超过择业期仍未落实工作的同学,档案打回原籍过程中容易形成"死档",或者

档案长期在自己手里超过两年,又或者五年内没有交档案保管费而被人才市场机构封存等使档案变成"死档"。

"死档族"如何让自己的档案"重生"?

1、补办存档手续:

未超过择业期的毕业生去人才市场补办;

超过择业期的,按非普通高校毕业生身份重新办理。

(前提不超过35岁)

2、咨询办理:

档案在自己手上的,应尽快向人才服务机构咨询;

若档案被打开,资料需要向有关部门核实。

3、补齐代管费:

档案留在人才服务机构超过5年没有理会的,只需补齐代管费,办妥手续即可。
