经区水务局调查核实,由于龙市场镇建设快速发展,用水户和用水量急速增加,在很大程度上影响了场镇供水水质。

一、龙市场镇供水基本情况

(一)用水户和用水量。截止20xx年3月,xx镇的直接用水户(即抄表到户用户)已超过5400户,日均用水量已超1700立方米,龙市水厂设计能力2000立方米,涞滩水厂设计2000立方米,由于近期龙市水厂水源生龙水库和众地水库水位下降,导致引水管道引水能力特别是生龙水库引水管道的引水能力急速下降,目前两条引水管道总引水量不足400立方米左右。

(二)由于设备原因涞滩水厂目前日制水不足10小时,日供水近1000立方米,涞滩水厂日调剂水量近500立方米,除去涞滩水厂自有供区需求量,针对龙市场镇供水任有一定差距。

二、存在问题

(一)水质问题。一是由于管网建于2001年与目前场镇供水有不相适应,排污阀和排气阀设置不足;二是场镇供水管网使用铁管,老化严重,管道内附着物多,停水后恢复供水时由于管道水供水压力

突变,将管道附着物带出,引起水质浑浊。

三、解决措施

1.20xx年5月,区水务局已请专业的设计单位对场镇管网进行了规划和设计,预计8月出设计结果,为场镇管网改造做好前期准备。

2.20xx年6月20日,区水务局主要领导带队,分管水厂局领导、相关科室负责人、供水专家共8人专程到龙市查看取水、制水和管网情况,明确提出马上更换涞滩水厂现有运行设备,将制水能力从1000立方米提高到2000立方米(除停电以外)将明显改善龙市场镇供水现状。

3.区水务局已责成区江城水务公司优化供水管网,一是增加供水管排气阀和排污阀,提高管网水内余水排放频率,按照先民用后工业的原则,优先保障居民用水水量和水质,二是正制定方案优化供水管网布局措施及实施。同时,区水务局责成区江城水务公司加强供水管理服务能力,特别是停电停水服务意识和服务质量。
