反义疑问句

一）基本内容

1. 反义疑问句的结构：陈述句+ 简短的一般疑问句（或简称附加问句）

2. 附加问句部分如由“助动词、系动词、情态动词+主格代词”构成，只能是两个词（若有否定词not，应将not缩写）

3. 附加问句部分的第二个词一般都是主格代词。

4. 在反义疑问句的前后两个部分中，一般都有一处用否定形式，如果前面的陈述句时否定句，后面的附加问句用肯定；反之，前肯，后否。

Lily speaks good English, doesn’t she?

John can’t come here t oday, can he?

She is from Japan,isn’t she?

二）一些需要特别注意的反义疑问句

1. 陈述句部分是”there be”句型是，其附加问句部分为be there.

There is something wrong with the computer, isn’t there?

There is some milk in the bottle, _______________?

There are many people in the park on Sunday, ____________?

There isn't any milk left,___________?

2. 陈述句部分带有表示否定意义的词，如：few, little, hardly, seldom, never,scarcely,rarely,nowhere,nothing,no one,nobody,none等时，附加问句用肯定形式。注意，若陈述句部分表示否定意义的词是impolite, unfair, unhappy，disagree，dislike等带否定前缀的词时，该陈述句不算是否定句，附加问句部分仍然要用否定式。

The students were impolite,weren’t they?

He has few good friends, has he?

Some plants never blown (开花), do they？

Y ou never read this novel, ______________?

Few people can live to 150,______________?

3. 陈述句部分的主语是everyone，everybody，someone,nobody,no one,none,anyone,somebody等不定代词时，附加问句的主要通常用he，也可以用they。

Nobody went to the cinema,did they?

Everyone knows his own language, ___________?

Everybody enjoyed the film, _______________?

4. 陈述句部分的主语是everything，nothing，anything等时，附加问句的主语用it。Everything is ready,isn’t it?

Everything begins to grow in spring, doesn’t it?

5. 当陈述句部分是一个含有从句的主从复合句时,附加问句部分的形式要看主句,其主语及动词都要与主句保持一致。

He says she is a good teacher, doesn't he?

They said the teacher had left, didn't they?

如果主句的谓语动词是think，believe, suppose,imagine等词，而且主语是第一人称时，附加问句部分应该与从句中的主谓语在事态和人称上保持一致。

I suppose you are not serious, are you?

We think they have finished their homework, haven’t you?

I think she is all right now, isn't she?

I don't believe he is here, is he?

6. 陈述句部分是祈使句时,附加问句部分常用will you?例如:

Don't make any noise, will you?

Come here, will you?

Turn off the light, will you?

7.陈述句部分以let's开头时,附加问句部分要用shall we;若以let us开头时,附加问句部分要用will you?

Let's have a break, shall we?

Let us stop here, will you?

8.陈述句部分是I'm...时,附加问句部分常用aren't I?

陈述句部分是am not时,附加问句部分仍用am I?

I'm twelve, aren't I?

I am not late,am I?

I'm twelve, __________?

I'm a good driver, _____________?

9. 陈述部分的谓语是wish，疑问部分要用may +主语。

I wish to have a word with you, may I？

10. 含有ought to 的反意疑问句，陈述部分是肯定的，疑问部分用shouldn't / oughtn't +主语。He ought to know what to do, oughtn't he / shouldn't he？

11．感叹句中，疑问部分用be +主语。

What colours, aren't they?

What a smell, isn't it ?

12.must在表"推测"时，根据其推测的情况来确定反意疑问句。

当must表示“推测”，附加句的位于动词根据must后的动词

He must be there now, isn't he？

It must be going to rain tomorrow, won't it ？

He must be a doctor, isn't he ？

当must表示“必须”，根据实际情况选择

Y ou must have studied English for three years, haven't you / didn't you ？

He must have finished it yesterday, didn't he？

We must study English hard or we can’t be good at it,mustn’t we?

13.当陈述部分主语为this,that时，附加问句的主语用it；

当陈述部分主语为these,those时，附加部分主语用they；

This is a beautiful picture,isn’t it?

Those aren’t apple trees,are they?

三）反义疑问句的回答

1.肯定反义疑问句的回答

当陈述部分为否定式，反意疑问句为肯定式时，其回答往往与汉语不一致，需特别引起注意："It isn’t cheap, is it?" "Yes, it is." “它不便宜吧？”“不，很便宜。”

"He doesn’t love her, does he?" "No, he doesn’t."“他不爱她，是吗？”“是的，他不爱她。”

此时，"Y es"即不，对前面"It isn't cheap."的否定。

2. 否定反义疑问句的回答

当陈述部分为肯定式，反意疑问句为否定式时，一般只需照情况回答即可：

"It’s new, isn’t it?" "Yes, it is." “是新的，对吗？”“对，是新的。”

"He wants to go, doesn’t he?" "No, he doesn’t." “他想去，对吗？”“不，他不想去。”

此时，"No"即是，对前面"It's new."的肯定。
