Should the Charterers elect not to cancel, or should they fail to reply within two214 days or by the cancelling date, whichever shall first occur, then the seventh day after the expected date215 of readiness for delivery as notified by the Owners shall replace the original cancelling date. Should the216 Vessel be further delayed, the Owners shall be entitled to require further declarations of the Charterers in217 accordance with this Clause.218 17.Off Hire219 In the event of loss of time from deficiency and/or default and/or strike of officers or crew, or deficiency220 of stores, fire, breakdown of, or damages to hull, machinery or equipment, grounding, detention by the221 arrest of the Vessel, (unless such arrest is caused by events for which the Charterers, their servants,222 agents or subcontractors are responsible), or detention by average accidents to the Vessel or cargo unless223 resulting from inherent vice, quality or defect of the cargo, drydocking for the purpose of examination or224 painting bottom, or by any other similar cause preventing the full working of the Vessel, the payment of225
