摘　要　分析目前由于国内舰船内、外部通信分离所产生的弊端,并在向下兼容原有内、外部通信设备的基础上,提出一种全新的基于综合通信平台的内、外部通信一体化方案。通过此解决方案,能大幅度提升现有舰船通信组织的效率,解决以前由于内、外部通信分离所产生的弊端。

1　引言

目前国内舰船通信按频率范围及功能划分,主

要有短波通信系统,超短波视距通信系统,卫星

(KU 中继,U H F )通信系统,甚/超低频通信系统等

(这部分称为广义上的外部通信系统)以及内部指挥通信系统,勤务通信系统,声力电话系统,甲板通

信系统等(这部分称为广义上的内部通信系统)组

成。

外部通信系统的主要业务包含话音,报文,数

据,传真,视频图像,负责本舰到其他舰,空中平台

和岸基设施的通信。内部通信系统主要业务为话

音,视频图像,负责本舰内部各舱室间的通信。2　传统体制的弊端

传统的内外通交互流程如图1所示,外部通信所获得的信息如果需要传递到内部通信系统时,需要经过至少两级用户系统传递,信息以口报,手抄报或由远端话盒的方式在这两级用户系统之间传递;组成外部通信系统的终端、电台功能单一,相互独立,通信链路固定配置。
