学校大型活动安全要求和防范措施

为了切实保障学生在集体活动时的身心健康和生命安全，积极预防和减少事故隐患，提升学校应对安全事故的处置能力，最大限度地减少意外爭故带来的损失，在建立和完善“依法、科学、规范、长效”的学校安全防范体系的基础上，特制订本防范措施。

一、组织与指挥

(-)组织和领导

副组长：叶青、解全军

组员：林萍、江泽海、魏军、付应辉、汪毅、韩迎春、张祖敏、门岗值班人员

成员：各班主任及科任教师

(二)领导小组下设组织活动工作组，统一领导并负责集体活动安全工作。

二、学校庆祝活动、大型集会与专题参观类活动的安全要求

三、学校庆祝活动、大型集会与专题参观类活动的防范措施

1、开展活动前下发“告家长书”、“告学生书”，把活动的目的、意义、时间、内容及注意事项事先告之家长、学生。

2、开展活动前利用电视、广播、班会课等形式对学生进行各种安全教育。

3、活动时加强过程管理，特别预防各种突发事件。

4、活动前应勘察活动地点、路线，熟悉环境。避开有危险的地段或不去情况不明的场所。

5、应统一若装、统一识别标志，并要求穿若适合野外活动的服装，防止蚊虫叮咬、植物剌伤。

6.应携带卫生、不易腐烂的食品，注意饮水安全。

7、选择天气气候较好的季节，春、夏季出游应注意防雨、防宙电。

8.适当携带必须的急救药品。

四、集体活动中突发事故的处置原则

1、保持慎静、沉着应付。

2、孩子优先、学生优先。

3、就地抢救。

4、立即报警、紧急求援。

5、维持秩序、迅速疏散。
