An Unforgettable Lesson

I've had quite a lot of lessons in my school life. Among them the one given by an American young man makes me unforgettable.

It was on Tuesday morning in May. Our teacher told us all of sudden that an American would give an English lesson would give us an English lesson. Then in came a young man. He greeted us in English and then began his class. It was quite different form those we had before. During the whole class he taught us several English songs. Played games with us and helped us act out a dialogue. He neither taught us English grammar rules nor asked us to do lots of written exercises. He was not serious at all. He was always smiling at each of us. Happy time was always short. Before we know that the class was over. We took a photo with our American teacher in the classroom.

I will never forget his smile his songs and everything he had done in his class.

The Use of Computers in Schools Computers have been a part of our lives that we can't live without. With the computer vast amounts of information became available to us with the click of a button.

Computers would surely improve the education quality in school. Such fast

information sharing and downloading would make teaching a lot easier. Students could write their essays on their computer and just email it to their teachers. That would save all the paper used by students to write on. Most people who used computers also knows that they could type faster than they write. Some people think that the urgent task is to develop economy on a large scale. They hold the opinion that ,many people, especially in rural areas, are living in poverty. As a result, many children drop out of school and a large amount of people can't afford medical treatment. they believe that only by further developing our economy can

On the other hand, many people insist that environment protection should be a top priority.
