网上影评协会(OFCS)影史百部动画佳片

2003年3月4日

，基于互联网的国际性影评人协会——网上影评协会(The Online Film Critics Society,OFCS)的138名成员评出了全新的100部电影史上最佳动画片，1995年拍摄完成的《玩具总动员》(Toy Story)荣登榜首。排名第2至第10位的依次为《幻想曲》(Fantasia,1940年)、《白雪公主》(Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs，1937年)、《玩具总动员2》(Toy Story 2，1999年)、《钢铁巨人》(The Iron Giant，1999年)、《美女与野兽》(Beauty and the Beast，1991年)、《圣诞夜惊魂》(The Nightmare Before Christmas，1993年)、《兔子罗杰》(Who Framed Roger Rabbit,1988年)、《南方公园电影版》(South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut，1999年)和《千与千寻》(Spirited Away，2002年)。

参加评选的350多部候选动画长片(不包括动画短片)覆盖面相当广，从1926年的动画默片《阿基米德王子历险记》一直到2002年11月上映的《星银岛》(Treasure Planet)，评委们在给《玩具总动员》的评语中，认为这部电影开创了电脑取代人手工绘制动画的先河，因而在动画电影历史上占据了特别重要的地位。值得注意的是日本动画大师宫崎骏的《千与千寻》也入选了前10名，成为屈指可数的与好莱坞抗衡的动画片。OFCS的评价认为这部动画片溶合三维立体镜头和数码技巧，整个电影的立意闪烁着东方智慧。

网上影评协会核心成员之一的艾瑞克·查尔瑞斯(Erik Childress)说：“如果你仔细考察这份名单，你会深刻体会到过去15年中动画电影工业发生了多么巨大的变革，最早期的黑白动画片《白雪公主》和第一部立体音乐动画电影《幻想曲》，都给我们留下了激动人心的记忆，但是对照今天的动画片，我们就会为这种技术上的飞跃感到骄傲，因为数码技术提升了艺术感染力和情感表达方式。皮克斯(Pixar)、宫崎骏、特雷·帕克(Trey Parker)与马特·斯通(Matt Stone，《南方公园》创始人)这些新崛起的动画制作人推出的影片正在改变着我们对动画片的传统观念，他们将美感、激情与讽刺才能提升到了一个全新的高度。”

美国电影协会(AFI) 百年百部激情电影

AFI为纪念美国电影百年系列投票活动的第五次投票评选出“百年百部激情影片”(100 Years...100 Passions),突出“那些已经成为美国电影历史中历久不衰组成部分的复杂的、电影化的心灵故事。”

评选结果于2002年6月在CBS电视网以三个小时的特别节目形式发布。

结果名单由1800名来自于业界的精英评委从400部候选影片中选出。AFI要求评委在评选中考虑到下列标准：
●叙事长片——影片必须是叙事风格，长度超过60分钟
●美国影片——主创人员或者制作要素来源于美国的英语片
●情爱故事——无论影片类型，其行为或心理是影片叙述中心的两个或两个以上角色之间有浪漫关系。
●遗产性——那些丰富了美国电影与文化遗产并一直启发当代艺术家与观众的影片

英国电影协会世纪百部佳片

1999年初，英国电影协会编辑了一本小册子并送给全英影视界包括制片，导演，编剧，演员技师，研究人员，发行商，评论家等在内的各个行当的1000名人员，要求这些人考虑并选出20世纪内在影院上映并给他们带来强烈而持久印象的100部“英国文化电影”（'culturally British' feature films），最后收到25700张选票，涉及870部电影。

BFI 100 相当具有吸引力，没有无声电影，仅有一部记录片。30年代的3部，40年代的16部，50年代的10部，60年代的26部，70年代的10部，80年代的18部，90年代的17部。文学改编作品比重较多并不意外，包括从莎士比亚，狄更斯到Roddy Doyle和Irvine Welsh 等英国作家。

BFI承认：BFI 100的关键是提出了讨论。一个人当然可以认为某部电影该包括在名单内，某部影片则要排除在外。当然可以认为这份名单之外的某些电影具有应该的位置。这份名单提供出来，是讨论的开始，而不是终结。

娱乐周刊影史100部佳片

时代生活公司1999年出版，Ty Burr主编的一本电影指南书籍〈Entertainment Weekly's 100 Greatest Movies of All Time〉，纪念了那些令人难忘的，那些“帮助人类理解和界定自己”的影片。

最终选出的100部影片清单从不包括短片，记录片和最近5年出品的500部侯选影片中选出。这100部佳片名单谨慎地纠正了AFI显而易见的遗珠影片：Preston Sturges, Buster Keaton, Ernst Lubitsch，还增加了一些费里尼，特吕弗以及黑泽明等人的外语佳片。此外，书中附录里还增加了25部影片，因为这些影片“太可爱以至于无法忽略”。

MOVIELINE杂志影史百部外语片

1995年12月期MOVIELINE杂志选择出影史百佳——影史100部最伟大的英语电影。在这期杂志上还有"影史100部最伟大的外语片"，由Michael Atkinson, Stephen Rebello 以及 David Thomson编写。“租下或购买这些稀有而伟大的影片去做一次精神上的视觉旅行吧。其中一些影片严肃并具有挑战性，大多数则娱乐性很强。所有这些影片都值得我们从自己所熟悉的文化氛围中暂时脱离开来。”
