What is important when you are starting a new job?

Arriving on time

First, arriving on time is essential, but not the most important thing, actually it is not just for starting a new job, it needs to be continued throughout one’s career.

Second, visiting all departments is not necessary , it depends on what your job is, if you were a general manager, that would be all right.

Finally, I think the most important thing is wanting to learn, when you are starting a new job, especially when you are not working in your usual career field or if you don’t have enough experience in the area.

You are experiencing the things you are learning in the new company, which could improve your existing skills and also learn numerous others.

It is well known that “Chance favors the prepared mind.”(众所周知，机会总是留给那些有准备的人。)
