2.01Procedure:

1.) Load the tool

8.) On successive shots decrease the injection speed in nominal increments 按预定的步长逐步减小注塑速度

9.) Record the fill time, pressure at transfer and weight after every adjustment 记录每一步的填充时间、切换压力和重量

10.) Repeat this procedure until the injection speed is too slow to fill the part 重复上述步骤,直到注塑速度慢到无法充满产品

11.) Calculate viscosity and shear rate (calculations are in the spreadsheet)
