英语中交通方式的表达方法
一、交通工具介绍
日常中最常用的交通工具有飞机、火车、汽车、自行车和步行等。
二、对交通工具提问
1、How + 一般疑问句？
例如：How do you go to school ?
2、what+一般疑问句。
例如：What means of transportation can we take to get to ***?
三、交通方式的表达方法
交通方式的表达多种多样，可以分为如下几种：
（1）take + 限定词(如a / the)+交通工具名词"也可表示"乘坐"
例句：I go to school by bus every day. 我每天坐公共汽车上学。
（2）fly/drive to + 地点名称/副词；
例句：You can drive there.
（3）用“by+交通工具/水、陆、空等”表示交通方式。by后面的交通工具名词是单数，而且名词前面不能加任何修饰词。
例句：We went to Beijing by air this summer holiday .今年暑假我们乘飞机去北京。
（4）介词"in (on) +（限定词）（冠词，形容词性物主代词等) +
交通工具"也可表示"乘、坐"。
例句：They often go to the farm on a bike.他们经常骑自行车去农场。
（5）注意by短语的区别：
一种是by+交通工具汽车，火车，飞机等；
一种是by+交通方式水、陆、空。
（6）表示“步行去某地”,可用下列两种句式：
go to ＋某地＋on foot.如：
She g oes to w ork on foot．她步行去上班.
注意：on foot不可说成on feet,on a ／the ／my foot,by foot等.
walk to ＋某地.如：
He walks to school every day ．＝He goes to school on foot every day ．
他每天步行去上学.
（7）“动词+ to + 地点名词”或“动词+ 地点副词”。这种动词主要是walk （步行），ride（骑车），drive（开车），fly（乘飞机），sail（乘船）等。例句：
I usually walk to school. 我通常步行上学。
We sometimes ride to school. 我们有时骑车上学。
They drove to the station. 他们开车去了车站。
四、具体交通方式的表达方法
1、乘坐飞机
（1）by plane：坐飞机；by air：乘飞机
2、乘坐火车
（1）take a train ：坐火车
（2）by train：坐火车
3、乘坐汽车
（1）take a taxi ：打的；take a bus ：乘公共汽车
（2）by bus：乘公共汽车；by car：乘车；
4、乘坐轮船
（1）take a ship ：坐船
（2）by boat：坐船
（3）by water ：从水路
5、骑自行车
（1）on a bike或by bike，骑自行车
主要技巧：常用动词是take，步行只需用walk。单数工具仅靠by，in接小型on大型。其间需加修饰语，固定搭配on foot。
