测井在石油工程中的应用 测井是用多种专门仪器放入井内,沿井身测量钻井地质剖面上地层的各种物理参数,研究地下岩石物理性质与渗流特性,寻找和评价油气的一门技术。测井资料在油气勘探开发中的应用主要有: 1、地层评价。以裸眼井地层评价形式完成,包括单井油气解释和储集层精细描述两个层次。前者的目的是对本井作初步解释与油气分析,即划分岩性与储集层,确定油、气、水层及油水界面,初步估计油气层的产能。后者的目的在于对储集层的精细描述与油气评价,主要内容有岩性分析,计算储集层参数:孔隙度、渗透率、含油气饱和度和含水饱和度等。 2、油藏静态描述与综合地质研究。以多井评价形式完成。即为测井、地质(录井、岩心)、地震等资料间的相互深度匹配与刻度;地层与油气层的对比,研究地层的岩性、储集性、含油气性等在纵横向的变化规律;研究地区地质构造、断层和沉积相以及生、储、盖层;研究地下储集体几何形态与储集参数的空间分布;研究油气藏和油气水分布规律;计算油气储量等。 3、油井检测与油藏动态描述。在油气田开发过程中,研究产层的静态和动态参数(包括孔隙度、渗透率、温度、压力、流量、含油气饱和度、油气水比等)的变化规律,确定油气层的水淹级别及剩余油气分布,确定生产井的产液和吸水剖面以及它们随时间的变化情况,检测产层的油水运动状态、水淹状态、水淹状况极其采出程度,确定挖潜部位,对油气藏进行动态描述,为提高油气采收率提供基础数据。 4、钻井采油工程。在钻井工程中,测量井眼的井斜、方位和井径等几何形态的变化,估计地层的孔隙流体压力和岩石的破裂压力、压裂梯度,确定下套管的深度和水泥上返高度,检查固井质量、确定井下落物位置、钻具切割等;在采油工程中,进行油气井射孔、检查射孔质量、酸化和压裂效果,确定出水、出砂和窜槽层以及压力亏损层位等。 测井技术在油气田勘探开发中发挥了重要作用,已成为油气资源评价、油藏管理、钻井和采油工程设计、固井质量评价的高效技术手段,随着三维成像技术和随钻测井技术的发展,测井作业取得的岩石地球物理参数和工程参数越来越丰富,如何利用这些测井资料促进石油工程技术难题的解决,是测井解释人员与工程技术人员面临的重要问题。在详细分析测井资料在钻井工程、完井工程、储层改造工程及开发工程中的应用情况的基础上,指出目前测井资料在石油工程中的应用还存在重视程度不够、服务体制不完善、技术先进性欠缺等问题,未来测井技术应该在地质环境因素描述、可视化井筒测井技术、非常规油气资源工程应用等方面加强研究。 现阶段,传统的石油测井技术已很难满足石油测井的需要了,面对大量的石油探测工程,深探测、高测量精度与高分辨率的石油测井技术应运而生。石油测井仪器经过长时间发展已经历经了五次更新换代,目前,我国油田所运用的石油测井仪器为第四代数控测井仪与第五代成像测井仪两种。 1 常用测井技术 1)电法测井。电法测井是石油测井中常用的技术之一,其主要是指通过井下的测井仪器向地面发生电流,从而有效的测量出地面的电位,并最终得到地层电阻率的一种测井方式。常见的地层倾角测井、感应测井和侧向测井以及向地层发射电流对地层的自然电位进行测井等方法均属于电法测井技术。

一.石油测井的概念 地球物理测井是应用地球物理学的一个重要分支,即以物理学、数学、地质学为理论基础,爱用先进的电子、传感器、计算机和数据处理等技术,借助专门的探测仪器设备,沿钻井剖面观测岩层的物理性质,以了解井下地质情况的一门应用技术学科。 石油测井是指在油气田勘探、开发阶段、用专门的测井仪器测量钻井剖面的各种参数并对这些参数进行分析处理,用于地层特征、储层状况进行分析,确定油气层及井内工程各种参数的一门科学。 二.石油测井的分类 石油测井的分类有多种,一般按照测量机理划分测井方法。 石油测井按测量机理分为电法测井、声波测井、放射性测井。其他测井。 电法测井包括自然电位测井,普通电阻率测井、侧向测井、感应测井、微电阻率测井等。 声波测井包括声副测井(固井声测井、声波变密度测井、超声波电视测井等)、声速测井(补偿声速测井、高分辨率声速测井等)。 放射性测井包括伽马测井、中子测井、密度测井、放射性同位素测井、核磁共振测井等。 其他测井包括井径测井、电磁波测井、地层倾角测井、成像测井、温度测井、压力测井、流量测井、持水率测井等。 三.石油测井的目的、任务及应用 石油测井是石油勘探、开发的“眼睛”。在油气田勘探、开发的不同阶段,石油测井的目的和任务是不同的。一般来说,裸眼井测井(下套管之前的井称裸眼井,因此下套管之前进行的测井称为裸眼井)的主要目的和任务是发现和评价油气层的储集性能及生产能力;而生产测井(油水井投入生产以后进行的测井称为生产测井)的主要目的是见识和分析油气层的开发动态及生产情况。常规勘探测井方法一般有10-12条曲线(加上特殊的测井方法,可以达到20条曲线),可测量岩石的电性参数。声学参数、电磁参数、地层产状参数、核磁共振特性等。开发测井是指在油气田整个开发期间进行的所有测井项目。开发测井的主要对象为裸眼完成的生产井和下套管的生产井,用于分析目前的生产动态及井内技术状况。 在勘探阶段,石油测井的主要应用有: (1)划分岩层,确定渗透率并进行地层对比。 (2)判断油、水层。 (3)综合解释有关参数及油气的地质储量。 (4)判断和指导固井质量和井身工程。 (5)进行地层对比,绘制相关地质图件。 (6)指导打直井、斜井、定向井。 在开发阶段,石油测井的主要应用有: (1)监测油、水井动态情况。 (2)诊断生产异常,提出解决方案。 (3)检验油井生产情况。 (4)预测油井生产动态

龙源期刊网 https://www.wendangku.net/doc/47928163.html, 石油测井中测井仪器的技术应用 作者:符林 来源:《商情》2020年第11期 【摘要】本文首先从开采环境复杂、勘探收效困难、技术相对落后三个角度入手,研究了石油测井中测井仪器的技术应用现状;其后,围绕电磁流量计、数控测井仪、探测传感器三个方面,分析了石油测井中测井仪器的技术应用表现。 【关键词】石油测井; 仪器设备; 开采质量 引言:石油测井又称地球物理勘探测井,是石油资源勘探的主要方式。在石油工程领域中,石油测井具有基础性的实施价值,只有保证石油测井数据的精确性,石油企业才能科学判断出石油资源的储量与位置,进而实施出更加合理的开采生产决策。据此,我们有必要对石油测井中测井仪器的技术应用展开讨论。 一、石油测井中测井仪器的技术应用现状 基于城市化建设的不断推进,现代社会对石油资源的需求量持续提升,形成了较大的生产要求与市场需求。此时,石油企业为了适应日益膨胀的市场环境,就必须要将生产眼光放置在施工难度较大、环境形势严峻的新地区当中,以确保石油开采量的稳定供给。在此背景下,石油测井中测井仪器的技术应用主要存在以下现状问题: 第一,开采环境复杂。随着石油资源的不断枯竭,相关人员的测井活动需要面临更加复杂、苛刻的工作环境。这样一来,受制于环境因素的固定性与不可控性,相关人员的仪器使用与技术应用均处在被动状态当中,进而导致测量位置、测量角度、测量尺度等方面受到极大限制,难以采集到全面化、理想化的油井数据;第二,勘探收效困难。与严苛工作环境相伴而行的,是石油勘测难度、开采难度的增大。一方面,多数油井的构造复杂,地质中含有火成岩、碳酸盐岩等成分,对测井仪器的抗干扰能力与技术分辨率提出了较高要求;另一方面,地下石油储集层的位置、深度、资源储量存在较大差异,若测井仪器及其技术缺乏良好的测量精准度,将很难收获高水平的施工效益;第三,技术相对落后。现阶段,石油开采涉及到的测井环境与井身结构已发生了极大变化,使得早期应用的设备仪器、技术类型逐渐落后于时代发展,无法满足快速增长的生产需求。同时,部分石油企业缺乏良好的设备管理意识,仍应用早期引进的数控装备与测井仪器,进而导致仪器设备存在超期服役、老化磨损等问题,使得其本就落后的技术水平再次大打折扣。 二、石油测井中测井仪器的技术应用分析 (一)石油测井中电磁流量计的技术应用
