1. Tag

Das passiert: Meine neuen Kollegen begrü?en mich herzlich. Eine Kollegin zeigt mir meinen Schreibtisch. Danach hat niemand mehr Zeit für mich. Die Sekret?rin hat heute frei, mein Chef verbringt den ganzen Tag in Besprechungen, und die anderen arbeiten an einem Konzept, das Ende der Woche fertig sein muss.

Das mache ich: Ich frage, ob ich mich bereits in Unterlagen einlesen kann. Danach besch?ftige ich mich mit meinem Computer und schaue, welche Programme neu für mich sind. So kann ich in den n?chsten Tagen gezielt Fragen stellen.

4. Tag

Das passiert: Der Computer spinnt. Egal, welche Taste ich drücke – nichts funktioniert.

Das mache ich: Ich frage die Sekret?rin nach der Durchwahl der IT-Abteilung. W?hrend ich auf den Kollegen warte, mache ich mir Kaffee und lese weiter in den Unterlagen des Projektes, das ich von meinem Vorg?nger übernehme.

6. Tag

Das passiert: Ich bekomme erste L?stereien mit. Zwei Kolleginnen machen sich über die Klamotten des Abteilungsleiters lustig.

Das mache ich: Ich halte mich aus dem Gespr?ch raus, schlie?lich will ich mich auf keinen Fall auf eine Seite ziehen lassen. Ich h?re aber m?glichst unauff?llig zu, um in Zukunft Fettn?pfchen von vornherein zu vermeiden.

18. Tag

Das passiert: Mein Chef bittet mich zum ersten Feedbackgespr?ch. Ich habe Herzklopfen.

Das mache ich: Vor dem Gespr?ch notiere ich mir die drei wichtigsten Punkte. Ich erz?hle, dass die Kollegen mich nett aufgenommen haben und dass mir die Arbeit Spa? macht. Obwohl ich aufgeregt bin, sage ich auch, dass ich mir eine klare Meinung zu meiner Arbeit wünsche. Als ich gestern meinen Projektplan pr?sentiert habe, hat er wenig gesagt.

25. Tag

Das passiert: Eigentlich wei? ich jetzt alles. Doch dann ruft ein Kunde an und will m?glichst sofort wissen, wie schnell wir ein Konzept ausarbeiten k?nnen. Da mein Kollege im Urlaub ist, bin ich die Ansprechpartnerin.

Das mache ich: Ein so gro?es Projekt einzusch?tzen f?llt mir schwer. Ich vertr?ste den Kunden daher auf morgen und verspreche, mich darum zu kümmern. Dann frage ich einen Kollegen nach den Ansprechpartnern aus den anderen Abteilungen. Gleich am n?chsten Morgen setze ich mich mit ihnen zusammen. Am sp?ten Nachmittag rufe ich den Kunden an und sage ihm, wie viel Zeit wir für das Projekt in etwa einplanen.

50. Tag

Das passiert: In der w?chentlichen Konferenz bekomme ich mein erstes offizielles Lob. Meinem Chef hat meine Pr?sentation beim Kunden gestern gut gefallen.

Das mache ich: Ich bedanke mich und l?chle in die Runde. Ich bin stolz darauf, dass ich mich in den ersten Monaten so gut eingearbeitet habe. Aber ich will mich auf dem Lob nicht ausruhen. In den n?chsten Monaten arbeitet meine Abteilung an einem gro?en Projekt in London. Ich w?re gerne dabei. Vielleicht klappt das ja, wenn es weiterhin so gut l?uft.

Different combinations of finishing wheels and polishing wheels are tested to optimize their selection. The results show that the surface glossiness depends not only on the surface quality before machining, but also on the characteristics of the ceramic tiles as well as the performance of grinding and polishing wheels. The performance of the polishing wheel is the key for a good final surface quality. The surface glossiness after finishing must be above 208 in order to get higher polishing quality because finishing will limit the maximum surface glossiness by polishing. The optimized combination of grinding and polishing wheels for all the steps will achieve shorter machining times and better surface quality. No obvious relationships are found between the hardness of ceramic tiles and surface quality or the wear of grinding wheels; therefore, the hardness of the ceramic tile cannot be used for evaluating its machinability. Load and Ultimate Moment of Prestressed Concrete Action Under Overload-Cracking Load It has been shown that a variation in the external load acting on a prestressed beam results in a change in the location of the pressure line for beams in the elastic range.This is a fundamental principle of prestressed construction.In a normal prestressed beam,this shift in the location of the pressure line continues at a relatively uniform rate,as the external load is increased,to the point where cracks develop in the tension fiber.After the cracking load has been exceeded,the rate of movement in the pressure line decreases as additional load is applied,and a significant increase in the stress in the prestressing tendon and the resultant concrete force begins to take place.This change in the action of the internal moment continues until all movement of the pressure line ceases.The moment caused by loads that are applied thereafter is offset entirely by a corresponding and proportional change in the internal forces,just as in reinforced-concrete construction.This fact,that the load in the elastic range and the plastic range is carried by actions that are fundamentally different,is very significant and renders strength computations essential for all designs in order to ensure that adequate safety factors exist.This is true even though the stresses in the elastic range may conform to a recognized elastic design criterion. It should be noted that the load deflection curve is close to a straight line up to the cracking load and that the curve becomes progressively more curved as the load is increased above the cracking load.The curvature of the load-deflection curve for loads over the cracking load is due to the change in the basic internal resisting moment action that counteracts the applied loads,as described above,as well as to plastic strains that begin to take place in the steel and the concrete when stressed to high levels. In some structures it may be essential that the flexural members remain crack free even under significant overloads.This may be due to the structures’being exposed to exceptionally corrosive atmospheres during their useful life.In designing prestressed members to be used in special structures of this type,it may be necessary to compute the load that causes cracking of the tensile flange,in order to ensure that adequate safety against cracking is provided by the design.The computation of the moment that will cause cracking is also necessary to ensure compliance with some design criteria. Better grades of die material may be necessary depending on the characteristics of the HSS, the severity of the part geometry, and the production volume. A draw die surface treatment, such as chrome plating, may be recommended for outer panel applications.
