关于铁路商品车物流仓储管理系统的方案设计

随着我国商品车物流行业的不断发展，铁路商品车运输作为一种安全、绿色、高效的方式越来多的被汽车生产商和物流企业所接受。为了更好的发挥铁路规模化运输优势，必须进一步加强铁路商品车物流基地的建设和管理。文章对当前商品车物流仓储管理中存在的问题进行研究，提出了一种铁路商品车物流仓储管理系统的技术结构和功能模块设计思路，能够为提升铁路商品车物流两端仓储管理提供帮助。

Abstract：With the continuous development of the commercial vehicle logistics industry in China，the railway commercial vehicle transportation as a safe，green and efficient way is more and more accepted by automobile manufacturers and logistics enterprises. In order to give full play to the advantages of large-scale railway transportation，it is necessary to further strengthen the construction and management of railway commercial vehicle logistics base. In this paper，the problems existing in the current storage management of commercial vehicle logistics are studied，and the technical structure and functional module design idea of the logistics warehouse management system for railway commercial vehicles are put forward，which can help to improve the warehouse management at both ends of the railway commercial vehicle logistics.

1 概述

随着我国汽车工业的不断发展和国民生活水平的逐步提升，近几年我国汽车产销量持续增长。根据中国汽车工业协会发布的数据，2017年全年我国汽车生产2901.5万辆，销售2887.9万辆，实现了全球汽车市场的“九连冠”[1]。为了满足不断增长的商品车运输需求，越来多的汽车生产商和汽车物流企业选择了通过铁路运输的方式来发运商品车。铁路商品车运输拥有单次运量大、长距离成本低、安全性高、抗恶劣天气和节能环保等优势，特别适合开展大批量、长距离的商品汽车运输业务。由于铁路运输达到规模化后能够有效降低单位成本、缩短在途时间，中铁特货运输有限责任公司作为铁路行业内承担商品车运输业务的专业公司，自2007年以来在国内主要汽车生产商和主要销售市场区域范围内建设了多个铁路商品车物流基地，用于开展集中发运和分散送达业务。同时还与产销量较高的汽车生产商建立了“库前移”合作模式，通过铁路运输方式将下线的商品汽车运输到各主要汽车销售区域的物流基地进行仓储、配送和二次分拨，缓解了汽车生产商库存压力。2006-2016年，铁路商品车年运量从5.1万辆增长到290万辆，年均增长率达到49.8%，铁路商品车运输业务迅猛发展[2-4]。
