In China some radio broadcasting stations use hotlines to encourage the listeners to take part in the talk shows.

That's a good idea. Yes, the fact is some people do nothing but break the whole programme.

Some people know little about the topic under the discussion. Sometimes they do not even know what the host(主持人)is talking about. So the host has to tell the caller what the show is about. People today expect to be examined when they enter a doctor's office. At least they expect their

blood pressure and temperature to be measured. However, as recently as two hundred years ago, a doctor's treatment depended on talking with patients. In general, the communication between doctors and their patients was the most important part of medical methods.
