(第二轮)

中国感光学会定于2006年3月29日-4月2日在陕西省西安市召开第六届理事会议、第七次全国会员代表大会、第七届理事会议、学术报告会及第七届青年学术交流会。本会现已收到大部分代表的参会回执,现将会议有关事宜重申和最后通知如下:

五、参会费用

本次会议由中国感光学会主办。参会费用报到注册时交会务组。

1. 会议注册费(包括会务、会议论文集及有关资料、餐费、宴会、礼品、会间联

谊活动等费用)

2. 会议住宿费:会议住宿均安排在西安唐华宾馆(四星级),食宿费用自理;

标准间280元/天,140元/人、天、床,豪标间:380元/天、间;

3. 学会将出版论文摘要集,报到时领取。论文版面费:100元/篇,超过2页,每

页另收50元。

4. 公司、企事业单位技术和产品发布报告费:每个报告1000元;

新产品展示、广告宣传:1000至5000元(视占用面积定)。

七、大会学术报告和分会场学术报告安排

见附件,届时以会议报到发的为准。

八、评选优秀论文

大会将评选优秀论文:一等奖1-3名,二等奖3-5名,三等奖6-7名,总数为10-15名(根据论文质量浮动)。由学术委员会组织评审小组评定。大会将颁发证书和奖金以资奖励。

九、交通路线

会议地点:唐华宾馆(陕西省西安市大雁塔雁引路40号)

会议不安排接站,提供如下乘车路线供参考。

乘车路线:

1.火车站至唐华宾馆可乘出租车到达(约15元);或乘公交车40路、41路、610路、5路,大雁塔南广场站下车(车费1元),往东200米即到。

2.咸阳飞机场距西安较远,乘出租车(约150元);或乘机场大巴在西安小寨国贸站下车,换乘出租车,8元左右即到。

会后考察费:会议统一安排一日旅游(4月2日),费用为250元(其中会议补贴100元),参加旅游的代表需另交150元。
