consisting of 1,125 solid PANTONE Colors on coated,uncoated and matte stock – shows corresponding printing ink formulas for each color. The three-book set of solid chips provides coated, uncoated and matte perforated tear-out chips that can be used for quality control.

HP IndiChrome on-press (on-press CMYKOV PANTONE emulation).The new PANTONE IndiChrome on-press kit for series II HP Indigo digital presses delivers the widest

on-press color gamut in the digital printing industry.

In fact, HP is the only manufacturer of digital presses that offers a Pantone-licensed 6-color system.

Using HP IndiChrome on-press, graphical elements in designs are automatically assigned PANTONE Color names – resulting in a print process that is optimized for the specific press. The versatile “Auto PANTONE” process also enables accurate matching of several PANTONE Colors on the same job. Simply use solid PANTONE Color names for graphical elements throughout the printing, proofing and production processes.

HP IndiChrome off-press (mixing system for solid spot ink creation). Using 11 primary colors, HP IndiChrome off-press meets any spot and brand color requirement.Simply specify a PANTONE colors and HP IndiChrome off-press creates the ink from CMYK, orange, violet, reflex blue, green, rhodamine red, bright yellow and transparent.

Through HP Indigo Spot Ink Mixing Services, printers can order pre-mixed, licensed spot and brand PANTONE Color inks by specifying the PANTONE Color number.HP Professional PANTONE Emulation technology (on-press CMYK PANTONE emulation)*.

For design elements that use solid PANTONE Colors,HP Professional PANTONE Emulation technology puts the expertise of industry professionals within users’ reach,thus improving quality and saving time. The technology automatically produces emulations of solid PANTONE Colors that are optimized for both the press and the media.

HP Professional PANTONE Emulation also enhances color matching accuracy with custom-built ICC profiles for specific printer-media combinations. The technology provides consistent color across HP devices with values optimized for each printer to assure optimal consistency between the different emulations. It also supports coated,uncoated and matte swatch book libraries.
