【摘要】Objective:To study the changes of serum ferritin in elderly female patients with oral ulcer and its clinical significance . Methods:The clinical diagnosis of 62 elderly female patients with oral ulcer was tested , and their age was 60-86 (69.1 ±11.6) years old.22 elderly healthy women were selected and their age was 60-72 (66.3 ±6.4) years old.The serum ferritin was measured by ra-dioimmunoassay (RIA).Results:In elderly women patients with oral ulcer, serum ferritin (μg/L,32.1 ±25.6) was significantly lower than that in normal control (μg/L, 82.1 ±45.6, P<0.01).According to serum ferritin ≤11μg/L to lower the standard, in 48 pa-tients (67.6%) with oral ulcer, serum ferritin decreased was significant difference compared with the normal control (χ2=28.437, P<0.01).Conclusion:The study shows that the elderly female patients with oral ulcer can significantly reduce the serum ferritin , which is an index of iron deficiency anemia .Supplementation with iron and vitamin is one of the important measures of treatment of oral ulcer .%目的：研究老年女性口腔溃疡患者血清铁蛋白变化及临床意义。方法：临床诊断为口腔溃疡患者62例，年龄60～86（69．1±11．6）岁。对照组选择我院体检正常的老年女性22例，年龄60～72（66．3±6．4）岁。用放射
