【摘要】Designs and realizes employee training management system, including the managements of personnel information of employee, faculty information, systematic training program, requirements of training courses, dealing with an application, accomplishment of training and evaluation of training courses by C# programming language and SQL Server 2005. The system realizes satisfactory practicality and convenience to improve the management level and efficiency of employee training.%采用c#程序设计语言和技术、SQLServer2005数据库管理系统．设计并实现企业员工培训管理系统，包括员工信息管理、教员信息管理、培训课程管理、培训课程需求、培训课程申请处理、培训成绩管理和培训课程评价等功能，系统的实现具有良好的实用性和方便性．能提高企业员工培训管理的水平和效率。
