I should say a secretary will have lots of works to do everyday, but its not very difficult .

Just some office routine works. For example: a secretary should:

1)arrange routine works for the manager,

such as meetings, interviews, appointments ,dinners with customers, working schedules; 2)check computer for emails or instructions from the manager,

such as to read ,sort and organize incoming mails ;

3)take care of letters :

type some business letters and collect some sales information for analysis.

4)To be responsible for keeping all the files in order ,

such as outgoing and incoming correspondence , invoices, receipts and product information and other business documents.

5)One of his monthly duties is to take inventory of stock on hand and place orders for those

items in low supply.

To sum up:

I should begin working at 8:00 a.m. , check my computer for emails or any instructions from my boss, and then do the above mentioned office routines,

The lunch break is from 12:00 to 1:00inthe afternoon, and finish my work at

5:00 p.m., Occasionally I have to work overtime when we are very business around the end of the month.

I’m working very hard, but I do enjoy my work because it always give me a sense of achievement as I will learn a lot during my working. I think being a good secretary, you need to be responsible and full of passion.

关于商务英语口语的实训报告 为期两个星期的商务英语口语实训就这样结束了,回想这过去的两周,我们不仅学到了英语的发音——对于国际音标的学习和在国际商务日常的事物中英语的表述方式——对于商务英语口语的学习,还提高了我们的英语学习能,学会了一些地道的美国式英语的表达方式。整的来说,通过这次的商务英语口语实训,我真是获益良多,受益匪浅。相信这一定也会为我们以后走向工作打下一个良好的铺垫。 这次实训的目的是,第一,纠正学生在英语发音中存在的一些问题,并使学生的英语发音得以规范。第二,让学生学习一些在国际商务事物中一些常见情况的英语表述,使学生更加重视英语口语训练并掌握口语表达的有效技巧,建立起具有持续性的语言学习能力,使学生进一步强化英语口语能力以适应职业的需要,从而培养较强的商务英语口语实际交际能力。本次实训我们选择的课本是《9小时快学国际音标》和《商务英语口语实训》。在《9小时快学国际音标》中介绍了一些英语发音的小窍门,挺实用。而在《商务英语口语实训》中,介绍了一些在国际商务中的一些常见状况。 这次实训的内容主要包括三个部分。第一部分:国际英标的学习。就是纠正并且规范同学们的英语发音。第二部分:商务英语情景练习。就是学习在《商务英语口语实训》中的各种国际商务情况。在第三部分:考核。考核是规定1到3人为一组,小组就一些国际商务情况编一些对话或者做一个新产品的介绍也可以。通过这三个部分的训练,培养学生用英语朗读各种题材书面材料的能力,培养学生的英语语句的组织能力。 第一部分:国际英标的学习 对于国际音标的学习,我们主要是参照《9小时快学国际音标》来学习的。学习的内容大致有对于前元音、中元音、后元音、双元音,比如有[i:]、[i]、[e]、[当然也包括一些辅音,比如爆破音、清辅音,如[p]、[b]、[t]、[d]等等。就具体而言每课时包括的内容有发音要诀,先交一下怎么发音,如[i:]发音时,上下唇微开,上下齿分开,舌尖稍微抵住下齿,嘴角尽量往两边拉伸,像微笑的样子,把酒窝展示出来,然后震动声带。类似于汉字“衣”的发音,但其舌位较高,声音
