Segumar New York Office

1. Taking into consideration the needs of the users of our registry, the increase of our fleet, and our

commitment to offer and provide the best quality service; this Administration developed a plan in

order to provide technical offices in different locations around the world. In the last months, actions

have been taken in order to fulfill this goal.

2. Finally, and with great pleasure the Panama Maritime Authority can formally announce the re-

assignment of technical duties to SEGUMAR NEW YORK OFFICE.

3. From February 13, 2012, this new office will provide exactly the same services offers in Segumar

Panama Office. Users will be able to request the issuance of any of the certificates currently issued

by Segumar as well as any kind of authorization. Furthermore, this office will have full decision capacity. With this opening, we will provide the fastest service to users of our registry near to New

York geographical area.
