摘要：丝绸之路经济带的建设对于西北地区来说是一个历史性的契机，有助于该地区的

城市文化的提档和升级。在“一带一路”国家战略的引领下，打造丝绸之路西北城市群文化，不仅可以传承历史悠久的西北区域文化，而且可以重塑新时期的外向型西北城市文化。这就需要认真梳理西北丝绸之路城市群的历史人文内核和城市精神，在此基础上实现西北城市文化的现代转换，与国家战略相结合，凸显丝路文化的独特性和国际性。

Abstract：The construction of Silk Road Economic Belt is a historic opportunity for northwest region. It contributes to the upgrading of urban culture of this region. Under the leadership of national strategy of “One Belt and One Road”， the construction of northwestern urban agglomeration culture along the Silk Road not only inherits time-honored northwestern culture， but also rebuilds extraverted northwestern urban culture of a new age. That requires seriously reviewing historical & humanistic core factors and urban spirit of urban agglomeration along the Silk Road in the northwest， and on the basis of which to implement modern transformation of northwestern urban culture and highlight the uniqueness and internationalism of Silk Road culture with the combination of national strategy.

2013年9月，国家主席习近平在哈萨克斯坦纳扎尔巴耶夫大学作演讲时提出的“丝绸之路经济带”已经成为21世纪我国重要的国家战略，由此也引发了人们对沿线城市发展新的思考，可以理解为欧亚各国加强经济合作的一种创新方式，也是西北地区实现跨越式发展的机遇。与之相应，西北地区的城市文化提档升级也就有了可能。打造具有西北特色的丝绸之路城市群文化，把西北众多的历史名城融入国家战略中，这或将是西北新的文化增长点，也是西北城市群文化面向未来的一个契机。以此为切入点，西北城市可以在文化上找到新的增长点，这就是把自身融入未来形成的丝绸之路城市群之中，形成全新的丝绸之路城市群文化。

为此，西北丝绸之路城市群的建设需要解决以下几个主要问题：一是深度探讨西北丝绸之路城市群的历史人文内核，从中梳理出这些城市的人文精神；二是西北地区的丝绸之路文化实现文化传承和现代转换；三是丝绸之路城市文化带的建构应与现代的“一带一路”战略衔接，凸显丝路文化的独特性、国际性特征，对西北城市群起到整体提档升级作用。
