探讨园林工程的施工管理

摘要：由于园林工程通常涉及绿化栽植、园路、假山、给排水、造地型等多项内容，在施工过程中往往会出现交叉作业，因此，若在施工现场管理施工配合、工程成本控制管理不善，将会影响施工进度、工程成本甚至工程质量，造成效益降低的不良局面。文章从其自身的特点、进度控制和成本控制进行分析，总结出行之有效的管理模式，以便于今后的工作更顺利得进行。

abstract: due to the garden engineering usually involves green plant, garden road, rock, water, land type multinomial content such as, in construction process often will appear cross homework, so, if the construction management in construction, engineering cost control with bad management, will influence the construction progress, engineering cost and even the project quality, reduce adverse situation caused benefit. this article from the characteristics of its own, progress control and cost control to carry on the analysis, sums up the effective management model, in order to the future work done more smoothly.
