履带式推土机动力系统匹配仿真与探讨

【摘要】Bulldozer, as one of the main types of engineering machinery, is widely used in various kinds of earthwork operations. Bulldozer’s working condition is bad, complicated and changeable, and it is very important to improve its dynamic, economic and matching performances. By adopting two kinds of hydraulic torque converter, namely, C399 and YJ380, into TY165 bulldozer, to respectively compare the performances of the whole machine, observing that matching performance of YJ380 is better than that of C399. Theoretical analysis shows that, the performance parameters of the hydraulic torque converter are determined by the combination of different structure parameters and effective diameter, and the optimum combination corresponds with the optimum performance of the whole machine.%推土机作为工程机械的重要设备,广泛应用于各种土石方作业。推土机工作时条件恶劣、工况复杂多变,提高其动力性、经济性乃至匹配性至关重要。通过在TY165推土机中采用C399和YJ380两种液力变矩器,进行理论分析,得出:液力变矩器的性能参数取决于不同的行星排结构参数D及有效直径α的组合,最优组合决定着最优整机性能。通过分析对比整机性能,得出YJ380的匹配性能优于C399的结论。
