摘要 野生动物资源是大自然留给人类最宝贵的财富，也是人类社会发展所必需资源之一，它具有科学价值、药用价值、经济价值、游乐观赏价值、文化美学价值和生态价值。因此保护野生动物就是保护人类自己。但是从改革开放以来，我国过于追求经济的快速发展，而环境的恶化，大量野生丧失了它们的栖息地，同时乱捕滥猎，各种野生动物的生存正面临着各种各样的威胁。本文从法律角度分析了我国野生动物管理和保护的现状并针对这些现状提出了关于野生动物资源保护在法律方面的相关的对策。 关键字：野生动物现状管理和保护法律法规
