一,因其早期病损轻,且多为无痛性疾病,极其容易被
大众忽视。所谓牙周病,是指发生在牙周组织的疾病,
主要表现为牙龈出血,以刷牙和咬硬物时为重,充血
水肿,牙周袋形成,牙槽骨吸收,牙齿松动等[1],同时也是引起中青年人失牙的主要病因。第四次全国口腔健
康流行病学调查结果显示,35-44岁居民中,牙龈出血
检出率为87.4%,与第三次口腔健康流行病学调查相比,上升10.1个百分点。相关调查显示,在大学生中,男性牙结石检出率为72.73%,女性牙结石检出率为60.59%,前牙或前磨牙缺失检出率为17.71%[2],说明我国居民的牙周健康现状不容乐观,亟待改善。此次调查,旨在了解大学生牙周病认知度现状以及日常护理行为是否符合规范,为临床工作以及口腔健康常识宣教提供指导意义。1研究对象与方法

【摘要】目的:探讨大学生对于牙周病认知度的现状及日常口腔护理行为,为以后临床工作以及口腔健康常识宣教提供指导意义。方法:随机抽样,对芜湖市皖南医学院,安徽工程大学等学校非口腔专业学生发放600份问卷进行随机调查。结果:584名被调调查大学生中,39.6%知晓牙周健康是人类十大健康标准之一,65.6%知道牙周病发生发展的因素,86.0%知道牙周病带来的口腔的病损,但仅有28.3%知道牙周病是心血管疾病,糖尿病的危险因素,62.0%有过牙龈出血的症状,36.3%曾牙龈红肿,61.3%表示日常生活受到轻微影响,但仅35.4%会及时就医。结论:芜湖市大学生对于牙周病整体认知度偏低,超过半数口腔护理行为不符合规范。

【Abstract 】Objective :To explore the current situation of university stutents ’understanding of periodontal disease and the oral care behavior ,so as to guide the clinic work and the education of oral common sense.Method :Giving out 600copies of questionnaire to the students in Wannan Medical college ,Anhui Engineering University and so on through random sampling.Results :39.6%of the students know the health of periodontal tissues is one of the ten health standards ,65.6%of the students know the reasons of the periodontal disease ,86.0%know the oral lesions caused by it ,but only 28.3%of them know that periodontal disease increases the risk of the CVD and diabetes.62.0%of them had bleeding gums ,36.3%of them had swollen gums ,61.3%of their lives have been disturbed by periodontal disease ,however only 35.4%of them consult doctors timely.Conclusions :The university students ’understanding of periodontal is in a low level ,more than half of the students ’oral caring behavior doesn ’t conform to the standards.【Key words 】College students;Periodontal
