课题:译林版牛津英语七上Unit4 Grammar

教材简解:本单元的Grammar 是学习时间介词in,on,at 及频度副词always,usually,often,sometimes,seldom,never的用法。对这一语法,学生已经有过接触,只是没有系统地进行语法学习,所以在教学中,教师应引导学生回忆所学,尽量让学生多举例,多运用这一语法,力争熟练准确运用。

目标预设:

1 知识目标:帮助学生总结时间介词in/on/at 和频度副词的用法

2 能力目标:培养学生从练习中总结规律,并能将时间介词和频度副词熟练运用的能力。培养学生收集、整合信息的能力。

3 情感目标:通过活泼、丰富的教与学的形式发挥学生的主体作用,使其主观能性在英语学习中竭尽发挥,让他们在英语学习中感受到学习的乐趣。

重点难点:时间介词in/on/at 和频度副词的用法

设计理念:遵循新课程标准积极提倡的任务型原则,以学生为主体的教学理念,让学生通过体验、实践、讨论、交流、合作与探究的方式,学习和运用英语,充分激发学生学习英语的热情和兴趣。同时教学生怎样在学习英语中学会自己总结规律,学会自学英语,使得枯燥无味的语法课也变得生动有趣。

设计思路:本节课的思路是让学生感知材料,发现语言的特点,归纳语言知识的规律,从而在合适环境下合理运用该知识点

教学过程:

Step1 Have a free talk

Ask the students some questions like these:

What time do you go to school every day?

On What days do you usually have your Biology lessons?

When do you usually have your Chinese lessons? Etc.

when the students answer,write in/on/at on the blachboard.

(设置语境,从学生熟悉的话题入手,激发学生学习的兴趣)

Step2 Lead to

Ask the students to fill in the blanks with in/on/at about unit4 Reading Millie’s school life.Lead to PartA Prepositions of time

(通过找课文原句,激发学生原有的学习知识,引导学生感知语言规律产生的语言环境)

Step3 Presentation

1 We use different prepositions to talk about time.Guide the students to read PartA,help them work out the rule.

at用在:

(1)__________ at 6:am

on 用在:

(1) __________ on 7 October

(2) ___________ on Monday

(3) ___________ on Monday afternoon

in 用在:

2 Let students read the examples together.

Step4 Practise

(5)When do you usually chat with your classmates?

(6)How old do children in your city start learning English?

(7)When do you do your morning exercises?

(设置相关的环境,使学生巩固所学语法,真实感受语法规则。)

(让学生在语篇中运用所学语法, 同时感知新语言材料中的语法)4,Let Ss read the E-mail ,Then check the answers together.

Step5 Presentation

1 Communicate with Ss

T:Tommy and Millie often chat with each other on the internet.Do you often chat on the Internet?How often do you write e-mails?

S:...

T:Oh, you chat with your friends on the internet every day.So you always chat with your friends...\

T:Adverbs of frequency tell you how often things happen.

2.Let Ss read the picture of Part B ,and work out the rule:

Step6 Practise

1 Let Ss finish the exercise on P 48

2 Let Ss read it together .and remind them of the adverbs .

Step7 Activity

I'll give you some minutes to prepare the conversation about your own day.You can talk about your school day and your daily activities.Pay attention to use the correct prepositions of time and adverbs of frequency.

Step8 Homework

1. Remember the new words in this lesson.

2. Finish all the exercises about grammar.
