Lubrication 润滑All elements or components are added right lubrication oil before starting. And the right label should be near the lubrication point.

Mechanical check and adjustment
机械检查和调整Manually run the machine before normal running and make sure
the screw run smoothly, no friction and heat generation.
运转前先手动盘车，要求螺旋体转动灵活，不允许有摩擦、卡碰、
发热等现象。
Check to make sure the anchor bolts at driving part are well fastened and the shaft coupling is well connected
检查传动部分地脚螺栓是否紧固，联轴器已连接好
Check to make sure all connecting bolts are tight.

Compressed air system is in normal operation。

Check the air regulator that it is working properly
