公司员工党课心得体会
6月8日下午公司二楼会议室里座无虚席，公司党委书记、总经理***同志为全体党员上了一堂先进性教育专题党课。书记讲了三个问题：一是对保持共产党员先进性教育活动重大意义的认识，二是对共产党员先进性内涵及表现形式的认识，三是对如何保持共产党员先进性的认识。
书记从国际形势、国内形势和党内情况三个方面详细讲述了党中央开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动的重大意义。从国际形势上，董书记用前苏联解体的具体例子来说明执政党失去政权的根本原因。他要求全体党员一定要从中国特色社会主义事业兴衰成败、党的生死存亡和国家长治久安的战略高度，进一步认识先进性教育的极端重要性。在国内形势方面，他说我国正处在社会发展的特殊时期，社会利益的矛盾更为复杂，比如农民增收困难，再就业压力非常突出、经济发展和人口、资源、环境的矛盾十分尖锐;社会分配失衡，贫富差距拉大，社会稳定的任务十分艰巨，我们党正面临着严峻考验。面对如此复杂的国际国内和党内局势，作为一个领导十三亿人口的大国执政党，能否在建设中国特色社会主义历史进程中成为坚强领导核心，能否始终做到三个代表永远保持先进性，使国家富强、民族统一振兴、社会和谐、人民幸福，关键在党，关键在党能否始终保持先进性。书记就如何保持共产党员的先进性，进行了详细讲解。他说：勤奋学习是共产

党员保持先进性的前提条件;加强党性修养和锻炼是共产党员保持先进性的根本途径;党组织的教育管理是共产党员保持先进性的重要保证。书记还结合公司面临的形势和任务，以及党员队伍中存在的问题，对党员提出了新的要求。
最后，书记说，作为一名共产党员，能够参与我党新世纪开展的先进性教育活动，将是我们人生旅途中升华理想、提高素质、增强能力的难得机遇，我们全体党员一定要珍惜机会、努力学习、注重实践、切实提高，以高度的政治责任感和强烈的工作责任心，积极投身教育活动，坚定理想信念，坚持党的宗旨，增强党的观念，发扬优良传统，认真解决自身在思想、作风及工作方面存在的突出问题，全面提高自身素质，高标准、高质量圆满完成教育任务，向公司全体员工交上一份满意的答卷。
我有幸参加了中国科学院研究生院研究生业余党校2006级党的知识培训班的学习，感觉收获颇丰。这次的党课学习，使我们不仅在理论上更加了解党，了解中国历史，更在活生生的故事以及讲座人旁征博引之中切实的感受到党的伟大和它全心全意为人民的风采。党的事业是一项光荣而伟大的事业。组织上入党一生一次，思想上入党一生一世。这次的党课学习，给我留下了深刻的印象，也更加坚定了我追求共产主义理想，为党的伟大事业奉献青春的决心和

下面就谈一谈我参加完这次党课学习后的几点心得体会。
一、对党的进一步认识。这次的党课学习，讲座人分别来自中科院、中国人民大学、北京大学等各个单位，水平都非常高。在他们的讲座过程中，我学到了很多以前没有接触到的知识，也理清了一些原来自己对党认识中的误区。他们的精彩讲解，常常赢得阵阵掌声，不仅给我留下了深刻的印象，也使我对党的性质、纲领、任务和宗旨都有了进一步的认识。尤其是对党史和马克思主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论的再学习，使我更深刻的了解了中国共产党，使我更深深的感觉到，中国共产党的确是一个伟大、光荣、优秀的党。中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队，同时是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队，是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心，代表中国先进生产力的发展要求，代表中国先进文化的前进方向，代表中国最广大人民的根本利益。这是中国共产党党章从党的阶级性和先进性，党的根本宗旨，党的地位和作用等方面对党的性质的概括。从这之中，以及党课上生动的讲解之中，我切实感受到，中国共产党是中国最广大人民根本利益的代表，它始终坚持人民的利益高于一切，它始终把全心全意为人民服务，立党为公，执政为民作为同其他一切剥削阶级政党的根本区别。它始终把人民的利益放在首位，是一个真正为人民利益服务的党。毛泽东思想是马克思列宁主义在中国的运用和发展，是被实践证明了的关于中国革命和建设的正确的政治原则和经验总结，实现了马克思主义同中国实

际相结合的第一次历史飞跃。而改革开放二十年间，我们党在理论上取得的最大的收获，就是在马克思主义基本原理于中国实际相结合的第二次历史性飞跃中，创立了邓小平理论。之后，十六大修改的党章中又明确提出，中国共产党以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想作为自己的行动指南。这是我们党付出了巨大努力获得的极为珍贵的精神财富，是我们党和人民进行新的历史创造的科学总结，是中华民族振兴发展的强大的精神支柱。
二、对中国国情的进一步认识中国是一个有着上下五千年历史地国家，是一个人口众多、资源丰富、不断发展着的发展中国家。可以说，从中华人民共和国的建立，到改革开放，到现在的现代化建设，中国每一步的发展，都是与党的领导分不开的。对中国国情的进一步了解，也就是对党领导中国建设的进一步了解。中国共产党是中国社会主义事业的领导核心，没有共产党就没有新中国。中国近一百多年来的历史标明，许多革命先驱，许多政党和政治派别，都没有找到国家振兴和民族解放的出路。夺取政权需要党的领导，社会主义建设同样需要党的领导。高举邓小平理论的伟大旗帜，把我们的事业全面推向21世纪，关键在于坚持、加强和改善党的领导。只有坚持党的领导，才能始终保证社会主义现代化建设的正确方向;只有坚持党的领导，才能保证中国人民生活水平，是适应中国国情的正确选择。
三、端正入党动机这次的党课学习，不仅使我对中国共产党有了进一步的认识与了解，更使我的心灵受到了强烈的震撼。正如讲座老师说的，入党不是要为了将来有份好工作，不是为了炫耀自己比别人有

四、入党从自身做起最后一次的党课学习，也就是党课结业式上，许多同学都到台前谈了自己的党课学习体会，更谈到了自己在今后工作生活中的努力方向，使我深受触动。我们不仅要做到思想上入党，更要在实际行动中有所体现。因此，在今后的生活工作中，我要努力做到以下几点：
1、不断加强自己的政治理论学习，提高自己的政治觉悟、思想水平，积极与周围党员就党的理论进行讨论、学习。
2、经常主动向党组织汇报自己的思想、学习、工作和有关的问题，主动和入党联系人进行交流，使自己更快的进步，也使党组织时刻了解自己的发展情况。

3、在平时的工作中勤奋努力，积极进步，不断提高业务水平，努力钻研专业知识。
4、尽自己所能帮助周围的人，以集体利益为重，以人民利益为重，乐于奉献，勇于自我牺牲。
以上就是我参加完这次党课学习后的几点心得体会，可以说，每一节课的党课学习，都使我对党的认识更进一步，都更加坚定了我加入党组织的决心。虽然这次党课学习结束了，但它对我的鞭策作用，却是无穷的。今后，我要继续加强自身的理论修养，提高思想觉悟，用自己的实际行动履行自己的誓言，争取早日加入中国共产党。
