虽然第Y个月只有600元的工资，而且搭车来回需要4个多小时，家里人一开始是很不同意我到那里做的，因为太远了，又没有得住宿，但我觉得如果能够学习到有关我们专业的知识辛苦也是值得的，所以最后还是坚持了自己选择，一开始去到的时候也是自己先熟悉一些陶瓷方面的知识，我怀着那份渴望学习到外贸知识的心使我坚持了两个多月，为什么我说只坚持了两个多月了，因为这是一间新的公司，还没有装修好，我在那里就像做装修工一样，每天都要爬高爬低的，而且那里空气又不流通，每天还要闻一些有毒的胶水味，而且我在这间公司也做了一段时间，觉得这间公司与外贸拉不上关系，本以为快装修完了，又快到陶博会，我是为陶博会而来的，我就要坚持下去，但我觉得我自己身体已经严重透支了撑不下去了，身体已经开始出现喉咙痛、头痛、发烧的症状了，最终在我的身体支撑不下的情况下和家人的极力反对下，我辞职了。

小牛姐一开始的那句话“你们今天一人至少完成一个吧。”

那是相当的难，首先是排名考前符合条件的网站很少，大多数都是排名在15万以后的，之前的也大多是与之发了邮件，可是真正能够与之沟通交流的基本没有，忙活到了4点多，可是一点成就感都没有，而且很累，很辛苦，可能是自己的心态原因吧，超级着急，一会自己都急得的不能行，心浮气躁的，但是自己必须要耐着性子去做，终于体会到了小牛姐的不易，这还是我们几个人分工协作，一个频道都这么麻烦，一个“汗”字啊！不过最后还是有些收获的，但是直到目前22点05分，我发出的邮件，暂时还没有回复的~应该最近会有的吧！

如果说整理搜索网站，是考验我的心态的话，那么与对方文字的交流应该算是挑战我的沟通能力了，在与对方不论XX交流还是发送邮件，我称称呼自己的“小李”，因为只有用这样的谦卑而又不失礼节称谓，自己才有可能与之对方又对话的机会，当然合作上会是以买麦网为主题，“买麦网诚挚邀请您合作”，我不知道这样是否恰当，但至少是对自己走向社会或者说直面客户的一种方式吧，慢慢学习吧！

中间我看到网站的友情链接大致分为三类：

1、直接在首页友情链接栏显示的

3、采用悬浮滚动的形式呈现的

我认为滚动的效果会比较好。

另外我的一个提议，可以考虑下，记得那会由于很长时间疲于寻找资源而没有取得效果时，心理超级郁闷，但是正好打开了一个机械

类网站，页面嵌有轻音乐（应该算是钢琴区类），顿时心情舒服了很多，这可能是自己的感觉，但是我在想咱们是不是可以尝试下，在网页中放些音乐，在客户浏览咱们的信息时，不至于单调！

今天大致就这些收获吧！呵呵，那就先写到这了！

很不好意思这么晚发心得，因为晚上一个人静静的，可以好好的理些头绪，下午忙完，再赶着写心得，脑子还在想着下午的事，会感觉很乱。还望刘经理和小牛姐见谅啊！

Report on findings of normal and diet versions of two drinks and proposals to client. Introduction The aim of this report is to comment on the test results of two flavours with focus groups and proposals to the soft drinks company. Findings We have tested two possible flavours with focus groups. One is cherry flavour, the other is strawberry flavour. First of all, for cherry flavour, about 73% support it, much higher than for strawberry flavour. Eleven percent stand in middle. About 9% strong dislike and 7% have no comment. Secondly for strawberry flavour, a large number of people(59%) dislike it because they think it has been put too much sugar so that the flavour doesn’t taste real. However, there are also 32% like this flavour. Another 9% have medium preference. On the other hand, when we compared normal and diet versions of the two drinks, we discovered that people usually prefer diet version to normal version. And they like strawberry diet version better than cherry. But for normal version, the result is opposite. Conclusions In conclusion, people prefer cherry flavour to strawberry flavour. And they prefer diet version to nomal version. Recommendations On the basis of this test, I would recommend that if you want to launch a normal version, you should choose cherry flavour. If you launch a diet version, the strawberry flavour is a better choice. But if you just want to launch only one , I think the diet version of strawberry flavour is the best.

They have easy access to emerging media devices such as iPads and cell phones," said Zhang Haibo, of the Guangzhou working committee of China Young Pioneers, a youth organization for Chinese children ages 6 to 14.
