小时候，最喜欢听的就是凉面的叫卖声了。经常是由一个女性发出来的，“凉面(燕)，酸辣粉儿，豆腐脑儿……”。那声音很委婉，也很铿锵，时而高昂，时而低沉，但每个字都说得清清楚楚，我听了后就马上伸出窗外去看。找了半天，好不容易才发现一个骑三轮车的中年妇女，她身后是一大堆琳琅满目的调

味料，一会儿就人晃不见了。这下急了，于是，打开衣柜随手抓一把钱就往楼

下窜——咚咚咚。两三下就到了楼下。

还好，卖凉面的女人还在，正被一群花花绿绿的人围着，每人手里都夹着

一张钞票，争先恐后地往女人手里塞。我满嘴酸水地跑了过去，“凉面(燕)，

酸辣粉儿，豆腐脑儿……”。声音越来越近了，我眼前浮现出一碗碗红彤彤的

凉面，口水随风乱飙，不一会就飙到了脸上。终于到了，好不容易挤了个缝进去，发现一个中年妇女利索地操练起各种佐料：红的辣椒，绿的葱花，黄的姜水……粗糙的手上爬满纹路，脸部暗淡无光，还有些许斑点，但也总笑着。等

她给一位顾客弄好了后，从她的嗓门里又发出了一声：“凉面(燕)，酸辣粉儿，豆腐脑儿……”这一次，我听得更清楚了，那声音怪里怪气，但很好听。于是
