14:24 boiler shut off accidentally.

14 点分锅炉突然熄火。

20:30 steering gear failed accidentally.

20 点 30分舵机突然失灵。

发现 1 号缸有裂纹/漏泄。

Exhaust temperature found too high.

发现排烟温度过高。

Pump/motor/heater found in trouble.

发现泵/电机/加热器有故障。

12:30 rough sea, shaft generator alarm on, exchanged to No.1 generator,reduced VPP’s pitch from9.5to 9.0.

04:30 am M/E tuning gear on, 04:45am off, 05:00 am M/E turned on with starting air and tested, 05:20 am St.by engine.

17:00F.W.E,CTR 98536,flowmeter 754950.

Discharge bilge water overboard through oily water separator.

12:15 emergency steering gear started due to steering gear system failed accidentally.

11:20 am M.E. speed reduced automatically due to exhaust temperature sensor of NO.7cylinder failed.

20:50 M.E. speed automatically reduced due to low fuel circulating pressure.

10:05 am boiler alarm on and shut down due to burning heavy oil.

Joint surface between No.4 cylinder cover and liner of M.E. found leaky, drew out cylinder cover, gasket renewed.

Indicator cards taken, max. pressure and compressed pressure measured,ignition condition analyzed.

The armature winding of No.2 deck crane motor found low insulation resistance, rewound, painted and baked.

The steam inlet pipe of air conditioner’s heater rewrapped with asbestos.

No.1 main air compressor found in trouble, dismantled, cleaned, inspected? outlet valve plate

found broken, renewed,reassembled and tested then.

Ship clock adjusted 40min aback at04:00.

Mr. Wang, ship surveyor of CCS inspected anti-

pollution and safety equipment on board.
