(五)Travels by Bike

On the evening of June 21, 1992, a tall man with brown hair and blue eyes went into the hall

Most English people have three names: a first name, a middle name and the family name. Their family comes last. For example, my full name is Jim Allan Green. Green is my family name. My parents gave me both of my other names.

People don’t use their middle names very much. So “john henry brown” is usually called John Brown”. People never use Mr, Mrs or Miss before their first names. So you can say john brown, or mr brown. 1、表示时间时

At强调“点”

注:this,that,last, next, these, those等词构成时间短语时,前面一般不用介词。(at this/that moment除外)

(1)、表示地点时,“in”表示在“范围较大的地方”,强调“空间”;“at”表示在“范围较小的地方”,强调“点”

(2)、表示位置时,“in”表示“在……之内”;“on”可以表示“在……之上”()表面接触。“on”还可以表示“在两边”、“在左/右边”。
