电网安全稳定控制系统设计

摘 要 针对我国电网的实际情况,提出了电网安全稳定控制系统的设计原则,并介绍了正在修订中的《电力系统安全稳定导则》中的一些技术规定,结合近几年我国几个典型工程安全稳定控制系统设计的经验,提出了7点建议,认为配置原理先进、动作快速的继电保护装置,推广微机型安全稳定控制装置,合理设计,是提高电网安全稳定运行水平的基础。

DESIGN PRINCIPLE OF SECURITY AND STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM IN ELECTRIC POWER NETWORK

Electric Power Planning & Engineering Institute,100011,Beijing,China Abstract In view of the practical situation of electric power network in China, the design principle of security and stability control system in power grid is proposed. Several technique regulations in Guidelines on Power System Security and Stability which is being revised are introduced. Combined with the experience from the design of security and stability control systems in some typical projects, seven suggestions are proposed. The following aspects are considered to be the basis of improving the security and stability level: configurating the protection relay with advanced principle and high speed operation, broadening the microcomputer-based security and stability control devices and rational design.

0 引言

目前,我国总装机容量已达250 GW,东北、华北、华东、华中和南方电网,以及山东、福建、广东、四川省网均已形成500 kV电网,并在不断加强。预计到2000年,东北、华北、华东、华中和南方电网装机容量将达40 GW~60 GW,西北电网将达25 GW,各电网的主干网架将进一步加强,系统的安全稳定运行水平也将有较大的提高。但随着大型水电站、坑口火电厂的建设,超高压、大容量、长距离输电线路的出file:///E|/qk/dlxtzdh/dlxt99/dlxt9918/991812.htm(第 1/5 页)2010-3-22 17:23:31
