英文影视鉴赏

这学期，我们看了很多电影，但是令我映像最深刻的却是《大卫·戈尔的一生》，由艾伦·帕克执导，凯文·史派西、凯特·温斯莱特和劳拉·琳妮等主演。
影片讲述了一个哈佛大学的高材生、罗德奖学金获得者、一名积极致力于废除死刑的大学哲学系教授大卫·戈尔，因为强奸、谋杀同事被判死刑。他在死囚牢里六年始终一言未发，但在即将被处死时要求接受媒体采访。以立场公正著名的女记者贝西布鲁姆接受了这个任务，并在采访过称中发现这个案件存在诸多蹊跷，于是，她采访边调查，然而调查结果却出人意外，令人心碎。
我认为这是一部高水平电影，一部完全可称之为典范的艺术电影，一部值得关注、思考、分析的艺术电影。震撼，这是我看完电影后最深切的感受。剧情跌宕起伏，看电影到一半时我认为大卫·戈尔是被冤枉的，记者贝西是可以调查清楚真相，及时救下大卫·戈尔的生命。但是结局总是出人意料的，大卫·戈尔死了，因为自己的理想而牺牲，这是我没有想到的，影片的特点也在与此，不到最后不会猜到结果，真相之中还有真相。
也许世界并不完美，人生也不乏空虚无聊，但偏偏有这样一种人，他们坚定地信仰并执着追寻着理想，不惜用自己的生命铺就着通向理想的路途。很多情况下，这些理想的殉道者并不能够被世人理解，有的甚至遭到人们的误解、唾骂。但恰恰就是这样的人，以飞蛾扑火的精神给人类预示着希望和未来。
大卫·戈尔是一个理想或者可以说信仰的殉道者，他为之献上的伟大的祭品就是自己宝贵的生命。这也正是他基于对人生意义的看法上做出的选择。如果说康斯坦斯选择死亡，得了白血病是其动因之一的话——她要让自己的死亡更有价值和意义，大卫的选择则具有更为纯粹的殉道意味。或者在某些人看来，大卫等人的举动是疯狂的，但反过来讲，缺失了偏执狂热的人也就很难成其为殉道者。按照加缪的人生哲学,没有任何一种命运是对人的惩罚,只要竭尽全力就应该是幸福的。从这种意义上说，理想的殉道者们也在追寻着自身生存的极致状态，他们的幸福不在于理想的成功，而在于追寻理想的过程。当这一过程与他人的救赎相结合的时候，神性的光彩就会燃炽。

我认为英文电影欣赏是很好的一种学习英语的方式。俗话说“兴趣是最好的老师”。兴趣是动机的一种形式，对学习起着积极的推动作用，如果形成了学习兴趣就会产生强烈的求知欲望，从而积极主动地学习。如果没有兴趣，学习方法和水平的提高就无从谈起。学习英语最重要的是学习兴趣，枯燥的外语读本并不能引发我的热情。电影在我们日常生活中随处可见，已经成为我们娱乐放松的一种方式。人们在放松的情况下，并对其事物感兴趣的话，
无论任何事都会事半功倍。电影对大多数人来说应该是兴趣之内的。无形之中就产生了想学英语的想法。这就是一种动力、一种兴趣。而我们就可以把这种动力，这种兴趣运用到英语学习上，从而提高英语成绩。所以看英文电影能激发我学习英语的兴趣。
看电影学英语的好处如下：首先，电影里面的用词地道、生活化、更能广泛被大众使用与认可。第二，结合电影的图像、语音以及演员的表情、手势和字幕文字，可以通过多个层面来加深记忆，耳濡目染的效果总比单纯的书面文字令人印象深刻。最后，电影里面一些日常生活的场景就是实际生活的反复展现，比如打招呼、赞美与鄙视、忧伤与欢喜等情感表露。这种不断重复的日常生活情景展现，除了能够起到加深记忆的效果，更能帮助我们把握对语音语调的控制。
由于英语电影题材广泛，情节生动，画面逼真，富有极大的感染力，观看英语原声电影时，我的兴趣就被激发了，会不自觉的克服平时的畏惧心理，模仿电影中的片段语言进行学习。
运用英语电影的“现实性”提供了丰富的情景化语言、超语言的和真实的跨文化信息，课堂听力和理论实践。我在观看电影时会自然地习得纯正的语音、语调和丰富地道的语言，在不知不觉中就会懂得什么人在什么时候说什么话，从而轻松地提高英语口语交际能力，达到学习的最终目的。
原声电影展示了西方国家社会生活的方方面面，是西方国家社会文化和生活的最直接生动的反映，也加深我对英美文化的了解。语言是文化的载体，用词和句式的正确与否体现了对一国文化了解的程度。可以说，若是学会了西方人的思维和文化，能够用西方文化思维，则掌握了英语学习的必备知识，对语言的掌握也能够灵活自如
总之，这学期的英文影视鉴赏带给了我很大的收获，让我体会到英语学习的重要，带给我一种新的学习英语的方法。
