【摘要】目的:探究采用持续脑功能监测对早期诊断新生儿低血糖脑损伤的意义。方

法:选取本院收治的低血糖症患儿60例,记录患儿出生后1 d振幅整合脑电图显示结果,并

在出生后3 d时行头颅MRI及CT检测,对比分析检测结果。在患儿2、6月龄时,评估心理

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the significance of continuous brain function monitoring in early diagnosis of neonatal hypoglycemic brain injury.Method:A total of 60 cases with neonatal hypoglycemic brain injury in our hospital were selected.Results of amplitude integrated electroencephalo-graph(EEG) in 1 day after birth and brain MRI and CT in 3 days after birth were compared and analysed.When they were 2 and 6 months old,psychological and neural development were assessed.Result: The incidence of normal brain function,mild and severe brain injury through the amplitude integrated EEG were respectively 26.67%,33.33% and 40%,and those through brain MRI and CT were 26.67%,35% and 38.33%,the differences were no statistically significant
