【摘要】目的:探究双岐三联菌制剂对便秘型肠易激综合症老年患者排便情况分析.方法:选取对象为喜德县妇幼保院的82例便秘型肠易激综合症老年患者,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采用莫沙必利治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加以双岐三联菌制剂进行治疗.观察两组患者的治疗效果.结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率、IL-6及IL-8、TNF-α、均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:双岐三联菌制剂对便秘型肠易激综合症老年患者具有十分显著疗效,值得临床推广应用.%Objective: To explore the Bifidobacterium triple bacteria on constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome in elderly patients with defecation situation analysis.Methods for 82 cases of constipation in Xide County Maternal and child protection of irritable bowel syndrome in elderly patients,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group with Mosapride,treatment group in the control group of Bifidobacterium triple bacteria preparation for treatment.The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results after treatment,the total efficiency of observation group,IL-6 and IL-8,TNF-alpha,inflammatory factors were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the
