在这里我没有什么豪言壮语，也不去赞美什么英雄圣贤，我只想说说,发生在我们嵩山路小学,英语教研组里一些平凡的事情. 镜头一教研时

“姐妹们，本周轮到谁写教研记录了？教研课谁想上，有自愿的没有”还没等教研组长说完，已经有两人高高的举起了双手。美女大姐却抢着说：“领导，上周我都说过了，这次教研记录我来写，你怎么又安排人呀？都别给我抢呀？举手没有用，我都提前预约过了”办公室里姐妹们立刻都笑了起来，纷纷说，不给你抢，谁敢给美女抢呢？组长马上说：“那本周教研课我上了，也不要给我抢了，我上周好像也预定过了，哎，我真是老了，上周安排过的事情，周一来就忘记了。老了，真是老了。”每当这时，我马上会说：“你不老，你怎么会老呢，你在我们心中永远都是30岁。我们和你在一起，永远都是开心快乐的。

自从我来到嵩山路小学，进入英语教研组这个大集体，我们的组长一直是宋建霞老师。每天你都会看见她在电脑旁，慢慢的敲着键盘，认真的制作课件，耐心的出练习题。她的

那种执着和坚持，值得我们每个人学习。她时刻提醒我们，同年级两个人要及时、有效

的进行教研，要随时随地教研。自己在上这节课的得与失，要及时反思交流，让同伴在课上不能再次出现失误，于是，在楼梯口，走廊上，教室前，留下了我们老师们教研的镜头。

在宋老师的带领下，我们嵩山路小学的英语成绩一直是，名列前茅。

镜头二微笑

微笑是热情的象征。微笑是鼓励和信任的表达。我们每天早晨的第一次相见，都是灿烂的笑容，和调皮的问好。所以我们天天都是好心情。每天都在快乐中工作。

在我们英语组，不管需要谁的帮助，保证有求必应，有问必答。英语老师所教班级多，所教学生也多，批改的作业和试卷更多。英语教师遇到，突然调课的事情，也可能随时发生。马上要上课了，可是你的考试卷还没有改完，不用担心，你只用微笑着说：“下节课我想讲卷子，可是卷子我还没有完工，姐妹们，我需要你们呀。”那么所有人都会帮助你。

俗话说：人非圣贤孰能无过，即使你说错了什么话，做错了什么事情，只要给大家一下微笑，一切就都过去了。

我们的办公室，是温馨的港湾，是快乐的家园。所有

的痛苦，所有的烦恼，在这里，都会烟消云散。

镜头三大课间

每天大课间活动时间，是我们最开心，最快乐的时间。我们也和广场舞的大妈们，一样有激情，一样有活力。不同的是，我们的舞曲没有他们更新的快，舞蹈没有他们跳的齐。我们是一个舞曲，8个人8种不同的舞姿。扭腰的，转头活动脖子的，跳空绳的。。。

放松心情后，马上投入工作中。把今天的工作做个小结，准备好第二天的课程，一切都是那么的井然有序，每个人都是在快乐的工作着。

复杂的工作，简单做；

简单的工作，重复做；

重复的工作，认真做；

这就是我们嵩山路小学英语教研组的座右铭，我们一直在坚持，我们一直在努力。

你以稚嫩的哭声划破了黎明前的黑暗，叫嚣着：“这世界我来了”，从此这世界与你有了千丝万缕的关系，交织在这人际大里

漫长的人生路上又从此多了一个拼搏、奋力向前的身影，尽管包含诸多的无奈和艰辛，因为你坚信这世界需要你、需要你的参与、需要你的不计一切、需要你的付出、需要你的汗味和捍卫

你无数次在想，我与这世界究竟有何关系？这世界上人上万亿，黑皮肤、白皮肤、酱紫色皮肤随便揪出来一个皮肤，都是黑压压的一片，我只不过是其中的一小点，放在大海里连个小涟漪都激不起来，我的存在与否、世界的需要与否又与我何干？我何必自作多情认为你需要我？

你在世界面前感到从未有的渺小和不安，甚至开始了轻生的念头，可看到父母殷切的目光、爷爷奶奶弯曲的背影，忍不住猜想，这世界还是需要我的，最起码我要为家人而活；当自然灾害频繁发生的时候、当看到生命的脆弱不堪的时候、当看到弱小的生命在死亡线上努力挣扎的时候，你心碎了，也开始正视自己的存在了，活着就是对世界最大的贡献。

你的存在意识的被唤醒，更加深了对人生、对世界的了解和认知，你不再是渺小的人海中的一员。当你为慈善捐献爱心的时候、当你为身边的人提供无偿帮助时、当你的学习

成绩提升时、当你被更多的人

关注时，突然间这世界明媚起来了，不再是灰暗的了，强烈的自我捍卫意识也提高了。这世界多繁华啊！这世界多光彩耀人啊！哪怕是一朵不起眼的小花也激起了你无限的怜爱，更别提所有的人和物了

你开始无时无刻不提醒自己这世界是如此的需要我，要让让世界对我产生更大的依赖感；让世界不再对我遗忘；让世界释放五彩斑斓的记忆菱片你开始了艰辛的跋涉，在浩瀚的书籍生涯里；在无奈的废墟张望里；在轻视生命的焦灼、抑郁里你开始成为坚强的案例，为人们去谱写一首阐释生命的希望之曲

“这世界我来了，任凭风暴旋涡，真心的爱的承诺，让我看到了阳光闪烁爱拥抱着我，就算生活给我无尽的苦痛折磨，我还是觉得幸福更多”这是世界需要你的魔力，让你为爱而存在、为爱而奋发、为爱而忘却自我的小宇宙，在大宇宙里自由的畅想

从呱呱坠地到长大成人，从1989到XX，我已走过二十一年的青春。二十一年何其长，长得中间不知有多少个日日夜夜，二十一年何其短，短得仿佛只是弹指一瞬间。二十一年何其长，长得中间不知有多少优伤与欢乐，二十一年何其短，短得仿佛所有的一切都即将过去。我已记不清曾为谁哭过，也想不起谁曾让我笑过。我只知道所有的一切都将会过

这世界我来了，任凭风吹雨打，任凭流言蜚语。我依然不改初衷，一直不停的走，一路上的人和事都将成为我生命中最美丽的风景。任凭身边人来人往，缘聚缘散，这世界我来了。

这世界我来了，亲情淡了，就努力沟通。友情丢了，就继续寻找。爱情散了，就坚持追求。哪怕只有付出，哪怕没有收获。只要我努力了，我也问心无愧。

成就最好的我，让世界因我而美丽你读过这样一本书吗？它创作于一百多年前，到今天却仍然脍炙人口。俄罗斯、日本等政府曾要求本国公职人员人手一册，美国前总统布什也把它赠送给自己的部署。还有很多国家为培养公职人员的职业操守，也将它列入必读书目。这本书就是致《加西亚的

信》。书中讲述的是一个真实的故事：1898年，美国与西班牙战争爆发后，当时的美国总统麦金莱为得到古巴将军加西亚的合作，必须尽快派人送信给他。罗文一个普通的陆军中尉，接受了这个任务。虽然他对加西亚的藏身之处一无所知，虽然他知道此去必凶多吉少。可他没问任何问题，没提任何要求，接过信就出发了。整整3个星期，他昼夜兼程，徒步走过了沼泽地、森林，翻过无数崇山峻岭，历经千辛万苦，却从未有过一句抱怨，从未想到过放弃。最终完成了这一使命。故事很简单，但罗文的送信人精神却引发了全世界几代人无尽的思考。所以中共中央下发了《公民道德建设实施纲要》，里面提出的基本道德规范中，“明礼诚信”深深的触动着每一个人的心灵。曾子杀猪为一信字，抗秦救赵名扬四海，同仁堂三百年金字招牌不倒是诚信，刘皇叔因诚信打动了诸葛孔明成就霸业。然而‘随着人们物质生活水平的提高。在我们身边缺失诚信的事情时有发生：杀人奶粉造出大头娃娃，模特大赛出现人造美女，虚假广告横行天下；劣质商品充斥市场；“豆腐渣”工程造成无数人间悲剧记得在黄宏小品《聪明的丈夫》里，有这样一句经典台词，他说本来人的眼睛是黑的，心是红的；但是眼一红，心就黑了。大家在扼腕于社会转型期人心不古，见利忘义的同时，诚信品质尤为重要。

我们实验小学二年级组的徐莲花老师是我们每个人都敬佩的老大姐，对待学生如自己的孩子，对待同事，就像自己的姐妹兄弟。他们班有一个叫马启瑞的小男孩，非常淘气，他的父亲又因为车祸而身亡。失去父爱的小启瑞渐渐变得放荡不羁成绩一落千丈，徐老师看在眼里，急在心上，为了帮助他，徐老师把个子很高的马启瑞调到了第一座，并且对他无微不至的关心和照顾，从那以后，马启瑞变得懂事了、爱学习了。马启瑞的母亲知道后，非常感动，为了感谢徐老师，她在一个日记本里夹了一张二百元的购物卡给了徐老师，徐老师收到后，她把日记本作为奖励给了马启瑞，那张卡他也还给了家长，她说：“每个学生，都是我的孩子，关心每个孩子是我们作为老师应该做的。把它拿回去。”

我们实验小学有一个人人敬佩的老大姐，他就的徐莲花老师，徐老师班里的高原现在已经升入三年级，他的母亲得的是间歇性精神病，父亲也不知道什么原因杳无音信。母子俩和姥姥一起生活，生活非常贫困，徐老师知道情况后，就

想各种办法帮助高原，他利用下班时间给孩子补习功课，还把亲戚家孩子穿剩下的衣服用过的文具盒等

学习用品都拿来给高原。在徐老师的帮助关心下，高原快乐的成长。孩子的姥姥为了感谢徐老师，给她又是拿菜、又是拿水果，徐老师都一一拒绝了。XX年冬天，高原的妈妈双手捧着一个什么东西来找徐老师，打开手一个新鲜的冻得当当的树柿子摆在徐老师面前，她非得送给徐老师。徐老师摸着高原母亲那冻得冰凉的粗糙的手，热泪盈眶。后来，高原的姥姥告诉徐老师，这个柿子就连高原想吃，他妈妈都没让，非要给徐老师留着。

有些家长为了感谢徐老师对孩子的关爱，有时会送来购物卡或礼品，徐老师都一一退了回去。她说：“每个学生，都是我的孩子，关心每个孩子是我们作为老师应该做的。它们拿回去。”

送人玫瑰，手留余香。付出是一种爱心，但爱心比付出更值得拥有。责任是一种能力，但责任比能力更重要。在这些平凡人的身上，他们用爱呵护着每一个孩子。这些普通的老师，他们只是做了一件件他们应该做的事。但我认为，他们的人生是幸福的，他们的人生是有意义的。因为他们用实际行动诠释了“学高为师，德高为范”这一诺言。作为实验小学的教师，我们别无他求。社会培养了我，我们心怀感激，服务于社会，我们甘愿奉献。为了孩子的明天，为履行对家

有人说凌源的的卫生环境差，还有人说凌源人的素质差，我想大声的告诉大家，你们错了。就在辽宁电视台一次文明城市的采访录像

中，他们记录下了这样的一幕。在实验小学的门口，一位接孩子的家长把吸完的烟头随手扔到了地上。几名小学生同时走过去向扔烟头的男士鞠了一躬，对他说：“叔叔，麻烦您把烟头捡起来好吗？”这位先生先是楞了一下，继而显出一脸的不悦，可是当孩子们一双双纯真的眼睛看着他，其他家长异样的目光向他投来时，这位扔烟头的男士窘迫到了极点，很不情愿的捡起了烟头。孩子们礼貌的向他说了声“谢谢”之后，又把周围几个烟头拾起欢快地送往垃圾箱，首孝悌，次谨信，泛爱众，而亲人。凡出言，信为先，实验小学作为凌源市的国学小学，信手拈来都会给人们带来感动。XX 年的冬季，三年级的王潇同学在回家的路上拾到了一个钱包，钱包里有现金若干元，银行卡十几张。王潇同学知道失主一定非常着急，他没有离开，而是在原地等候失主，就这样，他在凛冽的寒风中等了失主将近一个小时。在这之间有很多人来冒领钱包，聪明的小王潇用了各种办法巧妙地识破了。失主为了感谢王潇，给学校送来了感谢信。还有一次，一个
